Held my nkney three weeks even though they never delivered the refrigerator! I would rate them a negative 10 if I could!

I will never go to.this store again unless they train their employees from the manager.down to know.what.they are doing.

Jakhari, an associate at Home Depot, was extremely helpful throughout my shopping experience. He was brief, knowledgeable, and provided clear, educated assistance that made my visit smooth and enjoyable.

I love this store.. It is the Best Home Depot I have been inside, and I have been in dozens.. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am always impressed by the employees there, especially because of all the homeless and dopers in the parking lot and SBay mall you would think the HD Workers would be miserable but they are the exact opposite!! LOVE THIS PLACE

Not much to review, half the workers there are miserable, you ask a question and they barely wanna answer you. But this one young lady her name is Imani/Emani that has a glow and does everything with a smile. The world and Home Depot needs more humans like her

I have difficulty walking these days. I came to Home Depot for a few things and saw the racks of plants as I approached the gardne area entrance, and started talking with a salesperson, who pointed out somethin g I missed. That Grass went into the cart. then I filled up on Mums. I needed a barrel, so I asked another salesperson in the garden area wher I might find one. He offered to go bring one, and did. Then the first salesperson came by and heloed me again as well as the person on the register. I was wowed. Franco

Manager of Home Depot is a crook he will deliver one item at a time so you can keep paying delivery $79. Delivery fees

I wish this place is open a little longer.

I went at home depot one holiday I can't find nobody to help me I have to go to lows.

Bought a washer specifically to stack with an existing dryer and the salesperson neglected to include a “stacking kit” The installers would or stack my dryer and therefore I can’t use it.

When it comes to great customer service and great quality products give Home Depot a try when in doubt!! You’ll be glad you did!!

I have never had a pleasant experience shopping in the store at any time it is always a problem and nearly every employee in there. Ask if we are doing them a favor by shopping there I don’t think I have ever seen any employee in that store smile, or treat the customers Like customers Terrible

I brought some paint in the store and got great service. Paid through email on home depot bill. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in minutes.

The majority of the staff hate being there and if you ask a question or for assistance, they make you feel that you are bothering them. Very unfriendly

Tyrone carries this location very well. he offers great customer service. He's a great listener and very knowledgeable.

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The manager, Harold was extremely rude and tried to get me to pay a price higher than what was posted on the display and it wasn’t until I made a fuss that he gave me the posted price. Home Depot South Bay has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service. Stay away from this store if customer service matters to you.

Online order was restocked before I picked it up...........and I don't know why.

A 200k sf store did not have a hex torque wrench that measures ft/lbs,,newtons, another item I wanted had no price label, no price label scanner to be found, :(

Reaching out to share an unbelievable experience at the south bay home depot. I was in today to invest in upgrading a fan and I found a item that fit my needs. I requested a price match and I encountered Willfredo, and this gentleman is a spark the company needs. Not only did he assist me with the price match but he also shared helpful tips that had me upgrade my pre existing decision. I have asthma issues and he keyed in on my needs and tailored a great solution. He also shared a great value with me around the extended protection that home depot offers and I invested in that as well. I almost signed up for the credit card but I didn't have my License with me, next time though. I will be telling all my buisness partners about how phenomenal Willfredo treated me and his representation of company values is unmatched. Thank you for hiring him and I hope more of your Team members follows his stride.

I had a very pleasant experience in regards to my needing of assistance from someone today. A young lady by the name of Mariana was very kind in her efforts to assist me and helping facilitate finding answers to a couple questions I had. I felt heard and treated with empathy by a genuine person. It was very much appreciated... If only a few more people could approach life with the warm amicable approach this young lady did today, perhaps the world could be a little bit brighter...Very pleased with her efforts and assistance...
