Asked 4 employees about propane exchange. The 1st was nice, but did not know much and directed me to someone else. 2nd person, who was not doing anything but was courteous enough, did not answer my question and again passed me along. 3rd scolded me like a child and made me feel like it was my fault about not knowing the process of propane exchange at home depot. 4th spoke to me condescendingly as I was checking out and followed me out of the store. I usually exchange my propane at a gas station, and I thought that this would be just as simple and easy to do on a Tuesday morning. However, I found it to be the opposite and based on this experience will think twice about going to this location or any location for that matter again.

This store is great because the associates are friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to find someone to help me. When I did another customer stepped in front of me and your employee helped him first after looking back at me.

Ricardo a sales associate (RAD as written on his apron) in Flooring; I explained my ambitions of completing my garage and shared a picture of the current status having completed the floor degreasing yesterday. Like a "skillful craftsman physician" RAD analyzed the condition of the garage, dampness of the drywall, treatment for mold, and ample time for drying. He proceeded to the wall base, adhesive, clips for mounting tools, shelf brackets, to include my unique request to have my oversize recycle bin elevated several inches off the floor to provide more open space for my car rare door. RAD tried multiple items simulating with a large garbage bin to ensure stability and functionability. RAD demonstrated "fervent customer excellence". My appreciation for RAD's effort lead me to seek out the manager and informed him of RAD's effort. I am a homeowner who seeks to be better educated and equipped to maintaining my home and RAD's detailed advise is a significant contribution to the portfolio of my knowledge. The manager Mr. Pregent was delighted my satisfaction with RAD's assistance exceeded "above and beyond" my expectations. Sir RAD I solute you.

They have everything I need and the staff are helpful! I found everything I need for my garden. They have good quality plants and flowers and the price are so much lower than Nursery. It is overall a fun experience shopping at Home Depot.

Short on staff and when you find one not helpful as would expect them to be. I went to get a window shade and it took almost an hour for someone to help and cut the shade for me!!

Today i went into buy paint. The gentleman that helped me was very patient with me as i knew i wanted a specific coral color and they could not color match what i brought in. i had to find the RIGHT color. i was there buying a few galons of paint, and i had lots of questions on the different shades of white as well and the kind of finish i should get. i was there for about an hour and he was very patient with me and was very helpful.

the store is very Convenient for most of home goods reasonable price and sales persons are very healpfull.

Whenever I go into this Home Depot the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are comfortable with their store & merchandise.

When I walked into the store, there were many available associates. I was able to navigate easily to the isle I needed to get to via the signs available throughout the store. I verified what I needed and was able to leave without standing in line at check out.

I stopped in to pick up an on-line order and some garden items. Two employees went way above and beyond to help me out with both tasks, to include scooping up gravel spilled from broken bags in the garden center for me because they were out of sale-able bags!

The staff is very friendly and helpful when you cannot locate items. The Paint staff is great!

The two men in the large appliance department were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to describe features of the various refrigerators, did price comparisons, helped with measurements and explained the various options. When I returned the next day to purchase the refrigerator - after measuring the kitchen space - the man made sure that I got the best price. He was very polite, efficient, and could not have been more accommodating. Home Depot is fortunate to have such excellent employees,

the employees don't appear to be happy and/or interested. i did not purchase what i was looking for online because i wanted to go into a store to "look" at several options before i bought something - this store did not carry many options at all. i could have just bought the product online from a different retailer, probably for less!

After viewing an item that I needed, and that it was available, and where it was located in the store, I called and talked with an employee as he walked to the location and found the item. He then moved it to the front area where it was waiting for me when I arrived. What could be easier than that? Thank you.

I love this store and have shopped here for many years. The staff is exceptional: knowledgeable, eager to help, friendly and competent. Sometimes one needs to find the right person, but regardless whether it's locating something, getting good advice for a project or assistance with a return or loading, etc... the people make the difference. The store almost always has what I need as well. Keep up the great work!

the store has become more organized over the past few years and everything is in a logical place. All the staff I have encountered have gone out of their way to help, especially as it relates to warranty items I have returned. This has happened more than once
