The store has clear isles, and friendly staff. The overall experience was good and I would suggest everyone to come and shop at this store.

The staff did a great job researching and ordering the products I needed to complete my project. They were fantastic!!!

Every time I shop here finding things on the shelves is a nightmare. They are in a constant state of chaos. Items not in the correct spot, random items from other shelves just laying all over the place. It makes finding thing difficult and is a general bad shopping experience.

Huge store. Can find everything you need.

My "hit rate" on finding the fastener I want in its designated location at this store is less than 50%. Trays are full of loose bolts, empty packets.... everything but what I want!

In the middle of the week, midday, I had a terrible time getting anyone to assist me to order a couple of storm doors. When I tried to get some help, an employee actually ignored me and I had to make raise my voice to get him to stop and page someone. I also observed other customers getting for lackadaisical and uncaring service from employees. Customer service is getting worse than usual.

Store is a mess. Inventory everywhere, shelves disorganized and messy, carts full of random merchandise spread throughout the store.

Went in for a product ,which you did not have. left with another product instead, No one offered help. I felt invisible

Customer service staff are fast and helpful!

I had to spend extra time in this location to find someone that could direct me to the location of the item I was looking for. It took me 3 different employees to find one that in Very Broken English directed me to the location. It seems the cost cutting efforts are having a very negative effect at this location. Another thing is that if one wants to pay CASH upon check-out you have very limited choices. There were 9 Self-Service check out registers and not one would take CASH.

Nobody greets me. Nobody helps me find anything. I have to ring up my purchases myself. I have to bag them myself and charge myself the bag fee. Welcome to Home Depot. Not sure how I suddenly became a Home Depot employee. I'm never shopping here again. Ever.

New to this store, my wife and I received amazing customer service from a very professional young man. Great job Home Depot.

Terrible assembly quality. The threading of screws does not match up with screws. A horrendous headache and they still aren’t assembled.

Maddie, Worthy and Jaynee are worth coming back to the Sterling Park HD just for their hard work, customer service, knowledge and joy of engaging

I bought six days ago and used some of them, great items.

Susan was great she directed me to the one person in the store that could help me, that saved me allot of time.

I ordered two space heaters online for my elderly father since his furnace was being repaired and it was cold. He lives in the area and I manage many things for him from Chicago. When he and his caregiver got to the store, they were told that, in fact, the items were NOT in stock but could be replaced by a similar item. Dad has dementia and his caregiver isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and when they got home, they discovered they'd been sold FANS not SPACE HEATERS. I can only imagine how dismissively they were treated and shoved out the door with items that are NOTHING like what they bought. We'll never shop, order, or visit here again. I'd advise you do the same.

Items that show in stock at this store may not be there. I went to get an item that showed quantity 18 in stock and there were none. Then I was told this is an online item only. There inventory is not right and they were not concerned after discovering the problem. Did not even hint that they needed to get it corrected or said that they would get it corrected. Not going back to this Home Depot. Just a waste of my time.

On this trip I had two very nice experiences with employee s. A gentleman sawed a 10 ft down spout in half. He could have said no but found the right saw to help me out. Luisa was a great help at self checkout. I had an odd variety of items and she kindly scanned everything for me. The folks I interacted with made the errand pleasant :)

Please staff the checkout area better. 4 employees standing at self checkout but no registers are open and a long line at self checkout.

I'm moving and need to replace carpeting upstairs. I went to my local Home Depot which is about a mile from my home. As soon as I went into the flooring department a woman working in that department, Marge, asked if I needed help. I told her I found a flooring product and she helped me find it. She was very helpful in my product choice.

I made this order in October and the next day it is ready to go with pick up.

I am always happy shopping at Home Depot

I came in yesterday to pick up a 7.1 apartment sized refrigerator I purchased at will call. I was immediately helped by an employee by the name of Worthy. This young man was knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and helpful. He helped me not only with the will call but also to rent a van to carry the refrigerator to my church he helped my son and I load it and all the while he helped other customers waiting in line as well as helped his colleague with returns when they were having trouble on the cash register. You do not see this type of service much at all anymore. Worthy is a great asset to Home Depot and deserves a promotion

Walked around flooring and the surrounding sections looking for help but couldn't find a single person.
