I’ve had numerous issues with customer service or complete lack of service at this location. The managers at this store seem to do everything possible to avoid working. Needed paint and was told that if I want paint I’ll have to wait or come back in 30 minutes because the employee is on break. Apparently that employee is the only person in the store that is capable of mixing paint? Another instance I was told an employee would meet me in the aisle to assist with locating a storm door I was looking for and I sat there 15 minutes waiting for the employee to show up before leaving and heading to the competition. On my way out the employee they had spoken to to help me or someone with the same name was just chilling in an aisle looking busy. This store could care less about serving the customers, but if you drive the 5-10 minutes to the big blue hardware store they’ll be happy to help you.

I have found the employees at the Sterling store to be very helpfull. When I don’t know where to find something there is always someone to show me where it’s located.

The lovely lady that works in the return department of this store is always so friendly goes above and beyond helpful and just downright a nice person. I really enjoy our interactions. I don’t know her name but if I were to describe her, she’s probably about 5’4 in her 50s, short black hair and always has a beautiful smile on her face

This Home Depot is consistently filled with some of the most friendly associates who work there. On every trip, there is always a helping hand available in every department. The parking lot is well organized and the shelves are always stocked. They have great sale sections for every season. So glad it’s not only convenient but super pleasant.

I wish I could remember every employees name but I wanted to say Thank you to all of you. Joshua has been there often and helped me on several occasions and Sarah was extremely helpful. Rosa was also very helpful on several occasions this summer in the gardening. I love this store and the employees are why!

Ms. Peggy K. in the carpet department is very knowledgeable and helpful. She restored my faith inHome Depot.

I write this to thank the branch and its staff for the wonderful shopping experience I enjoyed during my visit to Home Depot Sterling VA Branch 4602. During my visit to the branch on June 26, 2023, I met salesperson DXG6194 whose customer service skills had impressed me very much. During my visit I noticed that Ms. Debby has thorough knowledge of the product, she is very courteous, and professional. Employees like Ms. Debby in customer service or sales in their daily operations do make a difference in giving confidence to the customer. I am writing to you to compliment Home Depot on its training to its staff and to compliment Ms. Debby for having impressed me with her graciousness.

Mr. Singh and his team saved the day. He went above & beyond to fix the MESS that the online store made. The level of care & commitment that he & his team, specifically he & his supervisor Josh, has saved this review. The online team does NOT care for HD clients. They make it as difficult as possible to return the most expensive items in most people purchase from the store - appliances. Mr. Singh, Josh, Jon & George in the appliances Dept SAVED the day and we are so so grateful. Thank you so much!!!

No qualified help in store and those who I engaged as a customer didn't seem interested in assisting me in choosing merchandise

This staff at this location are extremely friendly and help! They take the time to help you with anything they can. If they are not knowledgeable in one area they will guide to to someone else that is.

The MOD at Home Depot smirked at me with delight as she told me no to a reasonable service request

Purchased plants and had a military discount but the app didn’t work. Service desk was absolutely no help.

No one came to garden to help me pull and load bags of mulch when the cashier called for someone, Cashier was very apologetic,

Even though the store is small the staff is (ALMOST)always very helpful

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Elizabeth at the Home Depot lumber section, and I must say she provided exceptional customer service. Her warm and welcoming personality made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my shopping experience. Elizabeth went above and beyond to fulfill my needs, and she did so with a smile on her face. She was not only helpful to me but also to other customers around me. Her positive attitude and dedication to her work are truly commendable. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for great customer service at Home Depot. I bought this month and I am happy with the services.

We walked into the lumber section and was immediately approached by Issaic asking if we needed help probably because we were pushing a large metal Home Depot cart. Issaic was extremely knowledge of inventory and inventory locations where it was spread out and up into slots. Issaic was very professional as well answering all of our questions. Issaic is a very employee to Home Depot and also had the license to be able to cut the wood we needed. Issaic is a well round excellent employee.

Even a Home Depot Bucket if I don’t win big. Been trying for years.

Bucket of Driveway Sealer listed $21.78 got charged at $24.97. Home Depot would've kept the extra money if I hadnt noticed. Shows this store does not take care of the small details.

On recent trip, Brayan in plumbing saw I needed help getting something above me and came to my aid without being asked. He also saw I had no cart and went and got me one. Then I asked for 2 more items since I now had a cart. He got them and noticed that one was defective and replaced it with another. The young man at checkout, Axel, in garden was also very helpful and friendly.

Checking out with Taxis was great. She sincerely asked if i found everything i needed. She was friendly and treated me like a customer should with respect. Thank you!

Thus the 3 stars. Didn't get any help for 20 minutes. 3rd trip to front desk. GINA helped me and got me squared away for a $1400 purchase. What should have been 15 20 trip took an hour.

Tried to buy a showerhead that showed 12 in inventory, 2 employees tried to look for it and when I went to the other end of the isle to look at an endcap they gave up. I found one of them and asked if they were giving up and he said "yeah, we can't find it"

SOUK IN TOOLS WAS A GREAT HELP WITH SPECIALTY DRILLS AND LARGE DRILL BITS.

Good quality paint, excellent customer service, easy parking, very friendly and helpful environment.
