Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for setting up new appliances indoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from April 23rd through May 10th. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be confident your home is equipped for wild temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. If water gets in the cracks, you could be in for a headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that may let water come in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have specialty moving boxes?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Do I need a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Stop by our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a sliding lid is a great way to hone creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. This cute kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
