Associates were helpful once you could locate one in their department, instead of one "passing" thru & then had no good answer! Comment is for the store on Carefree Hwy, PHX, AZ

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and treated with respect at this location! Kristin, Rodney, Ed and Megan are always very helpful when I have any questions about any products in the store. I can not say enough great things about the Tramonto store. Thank you!!

I went in to buy some special Milwaukee tools and found none of the tools I was looking for and the few I could were only in combo sets which I didn't need. I worked with a gentleman named James who helped tremendously. He found the tools I wanted online and had them shipped to store for free and very quickly. James is the only reason I'll be returning to spend more money on my Milwaukee tools as he made my experience much better. The in store selection should have more than what is currently stocked but James made it happen even though the store didn't have them. Very grateful to have him help me out!

I bought a LG washer and dryer set the weekend of Black Friday. (they were sold out the model I wanted and had a three week wait, so I bought the floor models) When I installed the dryer at my son's house in Tucson, it did not work. I then went to his local Home Depot (3689 E Broadway Blvd) but they said they would not exchange the dryer, so we called for a service to repair it. When the repairman came out today (three days later) he took off the back and discovered a rat/mouse had chewed through the wiring while it was a floor model!! We now have to wait another week for a new harness and my son has to use a laundromat in the meantime. I've been shopping Home Depot for over 25 years and each year I feel they care more and more about profit and shareholders instead of providing quality products to their customers. I know this was just bad luck, but they didn't fix the problem when they had the opportunity.

Messy, cluttered store. Aisles blocked with pallets and carts of product. I have shopped at this store since it opened and it is always in a state of disarray. Today was the worst I have seen it.

I have been a pro member for a while now, although I have been going to the store for many years. I love the cashier Chie always has been there to help me. I love home depot and im a owner of Golden Arm Renovation and I buy 90 percent of the material of every project I have done. I love Home Depot !!!

It is hard to fool an honest man that knows the value of work. Ken Langone was on the ball and protected the Home Depot from Bernie Madoff. Watch the move Wizard of Lies to see what I mean. The character of a business flows from the top. I do not know any more about Mr. Langone than what I saw in the movie and the type of employee I meet at the store. If I was to guess though, If asked who deserves the credit for the success of the Home Depot, he would give it to someone over and above himself.

Great employees who work hard. I would caution against using any carpet purchases with a guarantee of a three or seven day install. The excuse I received of why they didn't have the carpet I ordered for my three day install was that they were busy because of Halloween. I flew down to Arizona from Chicago went straight to Home Depot for my three day carpet and it took a week. I was glad I booked a few extra days just in case. I recommend the store because the employees are great but the Home Depot guarantees are worthless and the vendors and the managers for the installers are less than satisfactory. My installers themselves were great guys.

Helpful, knowledgeable employees in a clean well organized store. This location is about 80 miles from where we live. There are two HD stores closer. We find #6948 to be cleaner, better organized and better staffed than those closer to us

I came to Home Depot looking for a replacement chainsaw blade. Your associate, Austin D. took me to the display of chainsaw blades and spent quite a bit of time with me trying to find the right blade. It turned out that you don't stock the exact blade I needed so Austin took me to the customer service desk and ordered one for me. Austin was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable about finding the exact blade I needed. The next time I need to find something at Home Depot I would seek him out. He is certainly a credit to your store. You need more employees like Austin.

Great employees in the lumber department who go out of their way to make cuts. Omar, Isak and Austin are all amazing and very helpful when I have come in needing a few pieces of wood cut.

This store always has what I need, is always clean and neat, but finding an associate to assist you can sometimes take time, and/or they often have 1-2 people already waiting to get their attention. Once you get ahold of someone, the staff is always awesome. Check out is always fast and easy.

there are two major chain home improvement stores i can go to easy enough but I tend to go to Home Depot in Tramonto the most. Yes, it is the closest but the main reason is like most of these big boxes for home improvement, the small stuff you either can't find easy or cannot figure out where it might be. What I like about HD is that there are lots of floor associates around to ask. Sometimes even they do not know but if they do not then they will find someone who will. I just want to find what I want & get back to my job and HD I can do that better than the other guy

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Customer service desk employees spend time chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I needed help unloading a return, waited 15 minutes and no one ever came out. The lot guy said he was never told because he was on break. I also wanted an item, was told I don't know if we carry it, try ladders. The previous time I was in there must have been eight or more employees at the customer service desk doing some type of stretching exercises. Yes, no joke, some type of stretching, I was told I would have to wait until there session was over with until they could help me.WHAT THE??? How about do your job and help your customers.

I suppose both professionals and do it yourself people have their preferences between HD and "the other guy" when it comes to big box home improvement stores. I have lived and worked in many areas of the USA and my experience is Home Depots in the Phoenix metro area win in my preference book. Both have what you need if you can find it but Home Depot has knowledgable staff that you can find when you need a hand. More than once I have had to actually have somebody paged to the area of the store I was in just to find a certain size nut or screw. My old age point of view is I care much less about saving a nickle than I do having a staff person not only give me good advice on what I need, but tell me where I could find it if they do not have it. Not a lot of big box stores would do that. Customer care & quality beats price for me but no complaints about the pricing either.

The Tramonto Home Depot is a relatively new store serving Anthem, New River and Desert Hills areas. I have found the store to be just great in helping with whatever projects or products I need. First the store is always very clean and well stocked. Whenever I have any questions or require information about any products I have been treated as if I were the only person they had to help. I am now retired and have been in business for over 50 years. And therefore, I very much appreciate good customer service. The Tramonto Home Depot staff have always given me excellent service and gone above and beyond to exemplify their commitment to that end.

Home Depot #6948 is a very clean store and has extremely helpful associates. Every time we have been into the store, someone greets us and asks if we need help. When we find what we're looking for and have questions, it's very easy to find someone to help us. We have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot.
