Davie and Anita from the major appliances department were so awesome today. Major purchases can sometimes becomes challenging to make sure you get the right appliances you want. Ladies were awesome on my first visit, and a second one, when I came in to change an order. Patient, polite, great customer service! Thank you!

I was having trouble finding a particular item that was listed on the HomeDepot.com website and ended up not seeing what I was exactly looking for, I put a similar but different product into my cart and enquired about the item that I had a recent printout of from the website and when checking out Lisa at checkout was excellent, she was a big help and explained that that product onsale was deliver to store only. Very professional to deal with. Thank you.

Eric was eager to help me with the wood cutting I required to build a foundation for a shed. It took him some time due to the scale of my project, but was able to quickly assist other customers while finishing my cuts. He was kind enough to label the measurements on each piece so I didn't have to figure out later which pieced were which. And he even helped me get all of the materials to the cashier. It was great to get what I needed at first point of contact, especially since I'm new to this type of project.

Ernesto was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. From start to finish, I left knowing exactly what products I needed, while having a great conversation. Ernesto went above and beyond. I highly recommend visiting the Tramonto Home Depot and ask for Ernesto.

I frequent this store 3-4 times a week & EVERY time I enter the store I am greeted by an enthusiastic, happy employee & asked if there is anything they can help me with, & every time I do need info or direction, I get it & have had the employees walk me right to where I need to be. In this day & age, I know that there are not enough people wanting to put in an honest days work, let alone have that person be personable, friendly & courteous, but this store HAS those employees!! Keep up the good work & training!

Ernesto is the best Home Depot (or any home improvement store) employee I have ever met! He was funny and helpful. I walked out of the store happy knowing my home project was nearly done and smiling about our encounter because it was so light hearted and pleasant and fun! Who knew it was possible?

This store normally has what you're looking for. Always a place to park and getting in and out of the store is quick.

A product that was expired on shelf costed me hundreds of dollars and she gave me a hard time about returning- not trusting me that I bough their expired product a few days prior. She made me feel like such a burden and didn’t offer a single apology. Shook her head and mumbled under her breath the whole time. You never know what people are going through, Julie. Choose kindness.

Very nice selection of refrigerators...top/bottom, French doors with pull out freezer drawers Side-by-sides and 4 door French doors. We were looking for a unit for our garage and found a very nice 24 cu ft LG that met our needs at a fair price.

I purchased $295.35 in lighting yesterday. Ernesto was very helpful in selecting dimmer switches and switch plates. He tried to help us with finding an electrician to install our lights. Apparently Home Depot does not provide electrician contractor candidates. It would have made things so easy to hire an electrician. Ernesto helped us completely with our purchases. He’s very knowledgeable and everyone likes him. We like him, too!
