Dustin and the management staff there are amazing. I had some questions about potting soil and planting trees they wanted to make sure my purchase was correct and that I was successful in my Tree planting . They walked me back to the garden area and made sure I had the correct products. Thank you so much !

Store is clean and well stocked. All employees except Ismael are not helpful in the slightest to ask questions or help locating items. Many employees standing around joking and talking about non-work topics, and seem annoyed to be asked for help. I highly recommend shopping at a different location!

Great place to shop you gotta love those woodlanders

Since this store is closest to my home it is the one I most often visit. Parking is occasionally difficult especially during parking lot tent sales. Aisles are extremely cluttered with displays, pallets of restock items, and equipment (ladders, lifts). Many employees need to be trained to show respect and common courtesy to other people especially, customers. A common experience is employees walking 2x2 and making the customers have to stop their carts or move out of the way to allow the employees to pass. Each time I visit this location it seems that the occurrence of the above items is progressing. What's up with people bringing their pets into a store? I will continue to shop here until a better and more convenient alternative exists.

I've been shopping here for over 6 years. most of the helpful staff are gone. there is a customer service crisis. good luck getting help.

the store is generally clean, the isles are not clustered with items to be shelved, friendly staff and ready to assist.

Horrible associates, they are lazy and refused to assist customers. They used all the lumber carts for in-store movement and when I requested a lumber cart was told to go out side and fetch it myself and that I could not reenter the building through that exit but had to walk around entire build. I asked to speak to manager and he flat out refused. Went to another area and asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were busy. So I loaded up my lumber not one associate could be found to assist. Upon check out requested a manager again and was again denied. Could not get any assistance to load the truck with lumber either they all stayed inside chatting and hanging out.

If you are worried at all about Covid 19, avoid this store. Many of the store associates have not been trained on social distancing.

I've been happily going to this store for years and have never experienced any negatives, but recently, I was unfortunate to encounter a "greeter" - long braided hair halfway down his back, facial hair, bandana, who was about the rudest most unhelpful individual I have ever encountered there. Other than that, the store and the employees are great!

I love learning how to repair things, especially when your on a tight budget. Home Depot is a great place to shop!

Our family has endured 3 floods and we come to Home Depot alot for ongoing repairs to our mobile home. We are doing this ourselves and have alot of guestions on "how to" and the associates are always helpful!

This is my favorite Hope Depot location to shop- Why you say? I have not ever had a bad experience working with the employees to help me either find something or help me with what I am needing to purchase. In the last two months I have stopped at Lowes in Tomball three times and each time I was not satisfied and most of the folks I tried to get help from, said that they could not do what I needed to have done cutting plywood=Comments such as we have no one to cut any thing now- or the saw is not working and trite comments- Why did I stop there anyway? I was on the way home and hoped to just get what I needed on the way home. Instead I left there and went straight to Home Depot on 1488 which was about 12 miles extra driving from where I had to go and go back home - Glad I made the decision to to the extra miles- Home Depot Employees are willing to help you if they can or get someone that can. Wow

The store is always clean and organized. We normally find everything we need and the employees are very helpful.

Been shopping at H.D. same store 6119 F.M.1488 MAGNOLIA,TX 77354 for about 14plus years. using the same entrance and exit everytime. Now they have a security guards blocking the exit even though I explained and pointed to my truck right out side that door in the handicapped space. In the last months H.D. has changed it's check out system and made it customer unfriendly hassle to shop and check-out. Even though H.D. has great products, terrific staff and closer Ill be going elsewhere.

Store does not honor coupons that are sent to me on my E Mail. Entrance of store in lumber area has broken bags of Ready mix concrete and the ready mix is all over the floor. I purchased 50 bags of 80 lb ready mix concrete 2 weeks ago and had to load them myself because there was no one there to assist me. A big chore for a 71 year old Veteran.

Amazing customer service at checkout desk on my way out! Sales representative-(cashier) did an amazing job! If we could only have more individuals just like this amazing sales rep- (Ms. Mariana), it would definitely improve shopping experience! I would definitely recommend this specific Home Improvement store to my other colleagues, due to the extraordinary service provided by Ms. Mariana at the checkout desk!
