I was in the store to buy three bags of salt. As a disabled veteran I was having challenge working my Veterans HD App. The cashier realized the issue and provided me with the assistance needed without making feel disabled. There earned and deserve my business.

We’ve always loved this store but has steadily gone downhill the last six+ months. Started with lack of tellers to not even running all the self checkouts either. Especially difficult if you are trying to pay cash for less than $20 of items and none of the self check lanes that are open except it. There is still a lot of real nice helpful and knowledgeable employees in there but not as filled with them as it once was. Have had problems in different departments from items out of stock at least not on floor to trying to get help with something I’ve gotten before(ex.paint/color match) because employee either not knowing how or just doesn’t want to hassle with it ti figure it out. Hopeful things change soon it’s closer and always been good it the past but may look for alternatives for a bit

Kudos to Nick and Jennifer - they helped me to find a complete shower set of the correct valve and accessories - if you do not know were to find what you are looking for (me), the people with the customer service interest and keen attitude to get things done (Nick and Jennifer) are such a blessing. I have discovered than I have been shopping at Home Depot so many years now, I truly appreciate it more than I think, and take it for granted. Fact is I, Its versatility and usefulness is a mainstay of my quality of life. I am Bryan, just your average fit it guy around the house and dad to two who have gone off seeking their own.. trips together to the store.building the dog house, replacing the door. We as a family shared the handy work and are better for it. Home Depot we took for granted. never realizing how much it helped us so many times. Always a clean store, full of the necessary things on time when we needed them. A big big help to my family for the quality service through the years. Our greatest appreciation goes out to all.

This store was slammed on Sunday. Lots of employees doing the best they could do with positive attitudes. If you go just be patient they are working as hard as they can.

Although I was disappointed that two of the plants I was wanting were sold out, the plant specialist helped me find similar products and stayed with me until I was satisfied. I hope she’s always there when I go!!

Exceptional Inventory and Variety. Reasonable prices. Military Discount. Dustin, our Cashier, was Outstanding: Personable and Professional, and Extremely Patient.

I am in the process of remodeling a small bathroom, and the employee Mark, in the paint department was extremely helpful on guiding me as to what steps I would need to take. The cashier Sally was also nice and made some great suggestions also.

Please be aware that if you purchase something you're going to be using self-checkout as the registers with live people are few and utilized by the professional workforce. Self check-out lines are hap-hazard. You will be cutting people off and vice versa.

We had devastating new in the morning to find out our water heater went out. So, we went to our local Home Depot where we were approached within a min or so by Don. He was absolutely amazing! He helped us pick out our water heater and even got it from way up high using a forklift. He was with us from start to finish! As my wife and I were checking out, we were then helped by Laura, very nice lady and she was beyond helpful on our checkout. I love this place!!

I have 4 Home-depot stores in approximately the same distance from me and have tried them all and I still return to this store not the closest but the best in every way. Ray at the service dest and Jennifer in Garden are only two names I remember all great

This store’s parking lot is dark and a crime scene waiting to happen. The aisles are cluttered with materials that need to be stocked while stockers sit around chatting about video games.

The associates were helpful when I bought my refrigerator and other appliances from the store

Sally, the garden specialist at Home Depot West Woodlands was super helpful with my plant selections and what I needed. She walked me to them and assisted me with selecting them and then walked me to the other part of the store not even in her area so I could find two small items. Great customer service! Thanks,

I moved into my new home two years ago after living the city life in Houston for twenty years. I’ve been shopping this location Home Depot ever since!!! Renovating has been a great experience and the Home Depot has played a huge roll in making our new house a home!!!

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received today and every time I visit the store.

I went to The Home Depot on 6119 FM 1488 in Magnolia, TX because my dog broke my friend’s blinds. Brice Pearson helped me order the blinds that are now only available via online custom order and even got on the phone with my friend to ensure we got all the correct details for the order. All of those details and sizes required to order them usually leave me overwhelmed & confused, so having Brice alongside me, made it possible to get the right item. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Brice & Home Depot!

I had to come to this home depot about 5 times in one day. I'm so happy with how quick and friendly this location has been. Def will return with my sister for the garden center and home improvements. Organized, clean, and quick.

We have noticed that the helpfulness of the sales personnel has declined over the last couple of years....it used to be that an employee that we encountered in the store would say hello then ask if we need help finding anything. Now we have to hunt one down if we have a question. Most of the employees pass by us without even eye contact. Too busy, I guess.

Had a great experience shopping for a new washing machine with your employee Kasim. He was friendly and provided a high level of customer service.
