Parking Lot spaces are designed for compact cars. Pick up trucks are really hard to fit and aisles between rows are dangerous due to loading in confined spaces when cars/trucks are going by

Joe exceeded my expectations with service. Was looking for a drill. Ended up they didn’t have it in stock. We were able to order it and pay in the store and have it shipped to my home. Thank you Joe!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a number of Home Depot employees while shopping for Christmas decor. Each of them greeted me with a smile, as well as asking if they could assist me in anyway. When I did have a question, they treated me as if I was their only customer, even though multiple individuals were requesting assistance. All of them attended not only to my requests, but the other customers as well, with a smile on their faces. I cannot say enough great things about your employees. Other stores should send their emoyees to your store for customer service training. Great service. Great products. I will definitely shop here again.

Purchased the Maytag 27" double oven. Cynthia in appliances assisted with the purchase, delivery and installation. She was awesome! Professional, patient, knowledgeable. I recommend this Home Depot location and I recommend working with Cynthia to complete your appliance purchases.

Long time employees are more then great but there to busy handling grunt work to give service you deserve. The manager hides away from customers because he is too busy sucking up to upper management. Door departure still better in 20 mile radius.

Bought Maytag washer and dryer with help of Stu in appliances and was installed by Chris. Both gentlemen helped make this purchase easy. Thank you both!!

My teen grandson and I were there shopping for polyurethane stain to finish a Jr. High School shop class project (birdhouse and coasters) that he was working on. We were hunting for a certain product in a quart container. There were FOUR young employees in the area, three males and one female. I had already asked two of the males if a product came in a quart size, as the project was not that large. Without either checking, one said he didn’t know, and the other said it only came in a gallon size. The young female asked if I needed any help, and when I asked her a question concerning amother product, she claimed it was not her department and directed me toward the same three males. Note: the third was stocking shelves, I suppose, as he was walking around with something in his hand. These were the same ones that told me the stain I had finally just decided to go with did not come in a quart. None of the males had originally asked if I needed assistance. This was an important lesson for my 13 yr. old teen grandson as to how NOT to treat customers if he ever gained employment in a home improvement store while in HS or University. My wife and I have shopped at this location numerous times since moving to the area in March 2023. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, as there are usually (older) employees always offering to assist. Hopefully, next visit will be a better experience, as we are pretty limited currently.

Every one abandoned the ship. Like I’ve been saying manager only cares about his bonas not customers service.

Very difficult to deal with and the system used to process my order broker down in the middle and I had to come back the next day. When I did come back, I was told that my order "hadn't been picked" and I could not pick it up fro another hour, even thought there were four of the items 100 feet away.

Sally in the plant area was very helpful in locating the exact perennial I was searching for.

Always easy to find what I need and just as easy to check out. Great personnel.

I bought a hand held battery light and don’t remember the brand when I got it home, the 3aaa batteries were already installed and the negative spring on one was black and corroded and did not work. batteries should never be installed on a new product. It was not my worth of time to bring it back.

The store always are clean, the crew is amazing

6 Lazy employees standing around gossiping, and I had to check myself out. Those same employees wanted to see my receipt to insure I wasn't a thief on the way out the door. This is not Kroger's, I had to wrestle with 2x4's to scan them. I do not work there. I did not apply for a job there, yet I am doing their job while they watch. Time to admit that these machines were a mistake and get rid of them. Customers are being arrested for making simple scanning errors because it is almost impossible to tell the difference between an accident and a deliberate attempt to steal. With no training, it is expected that the customers should scan with the same accuracy as an employee. You have given the thieves cover and opportunity and you harass your customers in the process. Not a good look for Home Depot.

I live close to this store. I frequently shop there for lumber, electrical, tools, fasteners and gardening supplies. I take my Therapy dog and she enjoys the welcoming staff as much as I do.

Shop at Home Depot quite often as I like to take on minor projects around the house. I have always found the stores to be clean well stocked with the items that I need and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and not only finding what I’m looking for, but it helping me on the best way to complete my project.

Order for pick up 20 minutes drive. Received a notice that order was ready for pickup while on my way there.

Great people working at this store but seems lacking on management decisions.

Normally a good mix of people work this store.

Debbie is an example employee. It is people like her that will keep me coming back.

I have never had products from Home Depot that have failed or gone bad, I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

The store always looks clean and well organized. I am always approached by store staff asking is I need assistance. I appreciate the courtesy and help from the staff.
