I have been shopping at this store for almost 10 years and have ALWAYS had good service. I usually find what I need. And, if I don't, the employees have looked for what I'm looking for at other stores and brought it. That is what I call good service.

Everyone in this store seemed happy to be there. They were also very helpful and willing to stop what they were doing to help me.

This is a store you do want to go to, the employees are super friendly. The store is clean and always have what I am looking at in stock. I do not know what the management does to keep the employees so friendly, but if you have never been to this particular store you need to check it out. Yes there are other Home Depot stores, I have been to one other one in this area, but this one outdoes that one. And if you ever gone to the competition, next time you need something go to this Home Depot and check it out, you WILL return time and time again. High 5 to all employees from "Zandy"

Don't expect the prices you see online to be honored at the store even if it says the product is available in store at that price.

Great place and not so crowded all the time and check out is quick. The workers there are always friendly and helpful! I buy most of my stuff for work here.

If you expect customer service go anywhere but here.

Main item I have problems with is the quality of the wood being sold in the more usable" do it yourself sizes" 2x4's , deck boards and wooden fence products there seems to be an extensive amount of split , buckled planking and to find small quantities of straight pieces involves some major sorting, also in some cases the smaller items are stored higher and the large items stored lower. Also problem finding help in this area of the store compared to other areas Need some better layout for plastic pipe fittings try to keep them all in the same aisle also same for some of the electrical plastic junction boxes, tops for the boxes are on the other side of the aisle several bins further down . Store is always clean,associates are always pleasant and helpful. but sometimes they are hard to find

I am very familiar with this store and I have to say I have never been dissatisfied. In fact, I have always been impressed by the depth of knowledge of the employees in every department. My recent visit was no exception. I purchased a new self-propelled lawn mower and the associate, Oscar, was extremely knowledgeable about the products that they offered. His extensive knowledge helped me select the product that fit the application I needed it for, and the quality and price I was looking for. Thanks HD

Usually this store is great. But I asked for a rain check on product they did not get in because of the hurricane and they said they weren't giving rain checks. Nice. I understand the problems of getting in product due to the storm, but how about a raincheck?

Excellent customer service, there is always someone there to help you and if you stand and look around some one will be there to assist right away! Everyone is friendly and Happy, I love to shop there.

Amazingly, this store has a friendlier staff than the store on I-45 in the Woodlands!!?? They even go above and beyond to show where certain items are!

The guy that helped us was very nice but he had no idea how to ring us up. We decided not to buy the item since it took so long.

Visited this store to buy a clothes dryer. When an associated finally showed up to assist us, he was called away in the middle of our conversation about the differences in the dryers and was never to be seen again. A supervisor did come around to handle our purchase after we had already made our decision. Delivery was an issue as well. We scheduled a delivery and were told that we would be contacted the night before for an estimated time of delivery and also 30 minutes prior to delivery we would be contacted again. The only contact we received was a phone mail message that we had missed the delivery. The message was on a phone that had not be given to the supervisor for the main contact. When contacting the delivery company and Home Depot their lack of care response was not helpful at all. All they could say was the delivery had been rescheduled and the same contacts would be made.

Came in to purchase some items and return two items. Clerk at returns ( Emily/Kiera) was rude and slow. Couldn't find anyone to help me find what I needed.

Just moved to the area. Only shopped at this store a couple of times and not overly impressed thus far. But I am still evaluating.

Employees were very thoughtful and caring in what I was looking to purchase.

Several staff assisted in purchase of riding mower and all were excellent.

We need a new toilet but getting it in the car and such was going to be a hassle. We found out that Home Depot could have a licensed plumber bring it to us and install it for less than Mr. Handyman would charge just for installation. The whole thing including the toilet was less than the Mr. Handyman service call. We will be back for a new sink soon and we will let Home Depot install it for less!! BTW They also have working motorized carts for my mom who cannot walk very far or stand for very long. Good Luck finding those at Wal-Mart!!
