I'm impressed with the Plant Department's staff help when I inquired about a plant spray. He recommended a good product.

Always the Home Depot personal are knowledgeable of where products are.

The Home Depot #1048 L.A on Wilshire is very well stocked, organized neatly and clean. Merchandise is easy to find and associates are friendly. too.

Store was clean and we'll stocked and when I ask for direction or help I received it.But also I think employee's should acknowledge all guest from point A to point B if not all as many as possible I think this would get people in and out faster. Thank you

Very hard to find an employee to assist with purchases. I’m sure sales would go up if there were more employees on the floor to assist with products. Products are priced incorrectly on the shelves. For example even though the price is literally directly underneath an item, literally touching the product— that is not the price. The price is for the shelf underneath it. Don’t really have time to walk around a huge store and guess at the prices.

I was there making a purchase near closing time July 13th... *Thanks to the cashier guy who did his best to be helpful to resolve an online Home Depot “special pricing” issue. *Thanks to the Customer Service guy who was helpful in trying to resolve the pricing issue. *Thank you to the 2 guys who assisted me by loading a refrigerator onto a flat bed transporter.(Especially the guy who went out of his way to go and find a transporter for me.) I would not have been able to do it by myself. *Thank you to the Female Supervisor who assisted the cashier guy in overriding price/checking out. *Thank you to the 2 door guys at exit and same female supe who instructed me and helped me by loading refrigerator into my vehicle. *** I’ve been recovering from major spine surgery for the past year due to a car collision I had 2 years ago. It was my first time buying a refrigerator and I wasn’t aware that I had to bring the item up to the cashier myself using a flatbed to get the HD online listed price. All of you I mentioned made it possible for this purchase for I was about to give up and return home due to challenges that other HD employees, department heads/supervisors put on me in order to make this purchase.

Store staff are always helpful

Employees have very poor customer service!! I was stereotype based on the way I looked. Did not feel welcomed or acknowledged. I was overcharged and when I went back literally within those 5 minutes when the transaction had occur, the only option that I received from the employee was " That I had to come back after 2pm so management would review the cameras and determine if I had taken the materials!!! When I asked to go over the receipt with me I had let her know that the only item I was purchasing that day I wasn't even charge I was charged for other things that I never even took so when she went over my receipt she told me that I had to pay for the Paint on my hand because I didn't pay for it when I had clearly told her that she had very poort listening skills. It's very upsetting because I had to lose one of the jobs I had in the afternoon because I had to go back for management to review the cameras. When cameras were reviewed the only thing I was told was that I was going to received The credit back on my card with no apology or letting in how long just handed my back both receipts! I was so upset I felt. This is a place of business!!!! In order to keep the business and customers happy you should have better employees that actually care about their jobs in about customers including management

Employees like Juan in plumbing Laurel in gardening were very knowledgeable and Gloria was very nice and quick at the checkout

The sale cashier Maria was very friendly. I had a few questions and she answered them all.

There was a particular young man who had very good customer service, sense of humor and knowledgeable of the store products. There were many other cutomers waiting on him like I was, to get assistance. First, he directed me to where I needed to replace window screen mesh. Second, assisted me in my research to purchase a air conditioner with the specifications, brand and what he recommended I should purchase for my home purposes. Well, I purchased a LG Air Conditioner 18,000 BTU online a week ago and wil be picking uo today at Whittier, CA store. Keep up the good work. Home Depot should acknowledge you for your hard work.

I just wanted to say that I was impressed and thank the Cashier, Jonathan that helped check me out today because he was polite and very friendly. Also was showing that his workplace was LGBT Friendly by wearing a rainbow LGBT Mask. Very impressed with it! Easy to find goods with the clear product description on each isle. You can duplicate keys at this store and buy plants inside and outside the store.
