Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.

Horrible staff and management
Entered store about 8:20 PM, noticed no flatbeds available. Also noticed overnight staff using them for their work. Needed 3 XL shelve units, asked for assistance in customer service. Was told there was nothing they could do, asked for a manger and was told (and I quote) “what is a manager gonna do?” Finally after wandering around for 10 minutes Alex in tool department helped me out. I asked him to get me a manager, but after 10 minutes I gave up. I paid for the shelves and walked out of that hell whole. It seems like your employees are miserable and hate their jobs. Definitely won’t be going there again!

        Empower employees to offer solutions!
        Be advised if you buy a Rheem boiler from this store most likely it will be defective. Despite warranty you will have to pay to replace the defective piece and submit receipts to Rheem for reimbursement. Policy and procedure cashiers are often unaware of that wastes your time and energy while you argue with upper management about the absurdity of all the hoops you have to jump through because the piece was defective! While they refuse to provide any relief because they’re afraid to lose their job over offering a discount? Or so I was told by the assistant store manager. Empower your employees to deescalate, provide them with knowledge and tools. If the company really does fire individuals for being helpful by offering discounts it’s time to rethink how you’re doing business.
