I want to begin by acknowledging the excellent help I received from the associate at the store who assisted me in placing my order. She was efficient, kind, and made the experience much more pleasant—especially since I’m not very familiar with shopping at Home Depot and had previously felt uncomfortable visiting the store, where I wasn’t greeted or guided. Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve now placed two online orders from different store locations, and both were canceled which gave me no option but to go in person & scheduled a delivery date which showed available for Sunday ( both the store rep & I saw the time availability) My scheduled delivery was then changed from Sunday to Wednesday without any notice or a courtesy call. When I called to follow up(5/10 at 8:30pm), the representative named Marco was immediately defensive when I asked about rescheduling, stating that deliveries aren’t made on Sundays. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was transferred to Charles (delivery supervisor) , who unfortunately responded with the same unhelpful tone. When I asked how to file a complaint, he simply told me to “do it online” with no further guidance. I’ve been trying to purchase and receive a refrigerator for over a week and a half, and given the urgency of the situation, this entire process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope you can address the issues with both the delivery & customer service

Returns department doesn’t accept “green cards” as a form of ID. They are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Gabriel at the Christmas tree lot at the wilshire / union location in los angeles california was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond getting our Christmas tree packaged and secured to the roof of our car Thank you gabriel!

Was looking for supplies for painting one of my walls. Got great recommendations from the employees. They helped me chose the right brush, paint and tape.

I was able to get what I needed easily.

Everyone was so helpful and very nice.

I purchased an item at the order desk and was treated with an unwelcoming attitude and it appeared the employee was starting a bad day and completing my order was interfering with her day. Unacceptable for Home Depot and their great reputation that I have for them. I have conducted business for approximately 40 years and this has been the worst experience I’ve encountered for such a small purchase. Unacceptable!

My child is going to school a mile away from this Home Depot. I came in with a television set and a bracket, and I had the wrong screws from the manufacturer. I only had a short window of time to fix the problem and get it back to her dorm. The sales associate that helped me MARTIN was so incredibly generous and kind and stepped in and helped me solve the problem and ensuring that I could get the amount on the TV with the right screws and washers and I was out within 20 minutes. I so appreciated as a parent that level of care That at Home Depot you can literally do anything so thank you so much. I really really appreciate it and I know my daughter did too.

I got an extra exhaust hose for my a/c unit. All the employees were polite and helpful

I bought a set of washer and dryer.

Please our order the day before, next day we still wait for long time in order to pick up our material.

This location always has everything I need.

No one on the floor to answer questions. If you do find a random person, they know nothing about anything. No one sittling at the desks in the custom area to answer questions about custom stuff. Impossible to get any info or help. As soon as someone opens another home improvement store, I will never shop at HD again. Coming here is torture.

I did order few times they cancel my orders .

First, I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me with a large item I was returning, but no one ever came out to my car. Despite having surgery just a week earlier, I ended up bringing it in myself. Then, at the checkout, the new cashier incorrectly insisted that the return policy I knew was wrong, claiming I was relying on belief rather than fact—all because she couldn’t figure out how to enter my receipt information correctly. It wasn’t until I asked for a manager that the return was processed as expected. Earlier, when I asked an employee for help with air filters, he simply showed me the Home Depot app, which I already had, and then admitted he didn’t know anything about them. He apologized and just kept walking. Not to be that person, but does anyone care about anything at that store?

My bike seat started spinning out of control and I went to a Home Depot and purchased a screwdriver 🪛 to tightn the seat. $1.41 great deal...

HAD AN ALTERCATION TODAY WITH AN EMPLOYEE THAT WAS DRUNK, HE INSULTED ME CALLING ME NAMES, CURSING AND PROCEEDED TO HIT ME WITH SHOOPING CART!!!!! IM STILL SHAKEN UP BY THE HOLE INCIDENT. I DID REPORT IT TO MANAGER ANASTACIO "TACHO" ON DUTY AND THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY. I WILL BE SEAKING LEGAL GUIDENCE!!

Have purchased lots of plants here and they always have such a nice selection. I sometimes wish the instructions on plant upkeep were more detailed, but the plant selection is wonderful!

They had someone fallow me like I was trying to steal something when I don’t that kind of thing especially because I am a mother n would not risk that. 2nd they wouldn’t sell me the last box of sticky floor squares cuz it was miss a few and I really needed to buy it but still would not sell even for a discount which I found very dumb cuz when I asked her if you guys don’t sell what is done with it. She didn’t know maybe resell it n I said that’s what I’m trying to do is buy it lol didn’t make any sense. Upsetting considering that was the main reason why I even went there

Overcharged on concrete bags. I purchased 16 and got charged 166. It’s been several days and everyday I keep getting told by associates at home depot that the security guard who checks cameras isn’t there. They said they need to verify on camera that I took 16. I don’t understand why they can’t just speak with the cashier who attended me that day and verify with him. I am sure he will remember because if I had to purchase 166 that would require him to get a forklift out to bring all those 166 bags.

I always send my guys or I go to buy all my materials in hope depot. 99% of the time they have what I need or we can order and receive my material soon to continuous with our projects
