Thank you for your question on the AERN110LTK ventilation fan and light. We do offer fan and light models with the humidity sensing feature. We do not offer one with the same trim options as this model, at this time.

A: Just call the manufacturer. They'll promptly replace it without charge, provided you kept your original purchase documentation. I was pleased with replacement process. - They even included the 4 trim variations (not that I needed them).

Q:My fan makes a loud noise every once in awhile like a Jack hammer then goes quiet. What could be causing this? Also how do I removed the light panel to check the fan?

Thank you for your question on the AERN110LTK ventilation fan and light. The grille can be removed by gently pulling down the grille. It is held up by two grille springs. Squeeze these springs together to remove the grille from the ceiling. The installation instructions can be found here:

Q:Our fan about a 1 1/2 yrs old and bulb went out. How do I open it up to change a light bulb? What type of bulb should I use?

A: Hi Patti, Thank you for your question on model AERN110LTK. This unit does not use a bulb, It has and LED Panel. You would need the Light Fixture Assembly, part number S1100622, to replace the LED. However, this model has a 3-Year warranty from date of purchase that would cover this part. Please call our Technical Support Team at 888-336-6151 so that we can provide assistance.

A: The company answer says it has a three year warranty, but after warranty expires you would need to spend $312 for a replacement LED panel on their website! Ridiculous when the entire fan is selling for $169. How does an LED fail within 3 years anyway?

Q:It does not seem like it is moving air. Closing the bathroom door where it is only opened an inch, you cannot feel it pulling any air.

There may be a blockage in the ducting, a bend may have been used in the ducting too soon or there may be a problem with the motor. A: Is it on a dimmer switch? LED lights require a compatible dimmer switch. I have some hallway LED lights that i recently installed and they would blink. Just being a dimmer for LEDs does not make it compatible.

The LED is included in the fixture. It is part number S1100622. Yes, it can be changed by a customer, or a handy man, as it will be a complete replacement of the light fixture assembly.
