Model # AER110LTK 2qty missing the following parts for install: Grille brackets +screws, Mounting Plate attachment screws & white attachment screws. Box did not appear to be open prior to purchase. However it was purchased from Menards and they do resale many returned products without looking to see if ALL parts are in the box. Waiting on parts puts me and my team behind not ok!!!

Not even a year old. LED is flickering and body rusting. Nutone………

No clear instructions. Even the video on the site is for a different fan. The wiring diagram is challenging to infer and there are no clear instructions to attach the mounting bracket or where the holes are in the fan to connect the bracket.

we bought this because it came in oil brushed bronzed. The color is way off is a darker chrome no where near bronze. very disappointing

Great product works really good

As far as fan/light combos go, this is similar to a lot of others on the market in that you can get a good, quiet fan with sufficient lighting in the $100-$150 range. It has a clean, low profile that will work in pretty much any bathroom, and the noise level is enough to know it's on without thinking you're waking the entire house in the middle of the night. But what sets this one apart for me, and why I prefer it over another, quieter fan/light combo we have, are the three interchangeable trim rings and how easy it is to switch them out. The three colors are white, brushed nickel, and bronze, although as you can see from the pictures the bronze lighter and more of a nickel-bronze. We initially were going to go with the white trim, but against the white ceiling it makes the fixture look a little too basic, and the brushed nickel serves as a good accent with the other fixtures in the bathroom. Each trim ring has two spring-loaded ears that allow you to easily slide the ring down and, with a gentle squeeze, can be released from the fixture housing and quickly removed / swapped with another color. Considering that you'll probably want to change your fixtures well before this fan needs replacing, this feature removes the need to buy a new fan sooner than you really need to.

The NuTone Roomside Decorative Bathroom Exhaust Fan with LED Light Package looks amazing and performs exceptionally well. In order to help it seamlessly match your bathroom fixtures it offers three separate trim kit options, which include white, brushed nickel and brushed bronze. This exhaust fan is suitable for new installations as well as the replacement of an existing fan. For retro fit installations NuTone provides a template for enlarging the opening to accommodate the new exhaust fan as well as snap fit flange kits to cover your drywall cuts. These installation features coupled with the low profile acrylic LED panel add to the low profile look. This kit can be wired to operate the fan and light separately or together. Now for the downside. The installation instructions are basically useless. They are extremely vague and at times provide very basic statements accompanied by unclear images. One of the worst installation sections are the wiring instructions. They don’t cover multiple installation options and the information that was provided definitely doesn’t do a great job in helping you complete this step. Below I provided a picture of the installation instructions (photo no. 2) along with the wiring box (photo no. 3). As a reference, I wired the exhaust fan and light separately. The wire connections that were made include the following: the white wires (neutral leg) for the fan and light were connected to the white wire to the wall switches, the green wires (ground) for the fan and light were connected to the bare copper wire to the wall switches, the black wire (hot leg) for the fan was connected to the black wire to the wall switches and the black wire (hot leg) for the light was connected to the red wire to the wall switches. With all of that being said this is an amazing exhaust fan that moves plenty of air quietly and provides more than enough light. It looks amazing and performs just as well. The only reason why I gave it a four star rating is due to the poor installation instructions, which make this very difficult install and is more than what the weekend DIYer can handle.

This exhaust fan is a nice upgrade compared to my old one, which was as noisy as an airplane, barely removed any humidity, and didn't have a light. I like that they provide a template for drawing your cutout, which made it easier than measuring and drawing lines. Personally, I don't find exhaust fans "easy" to install no matter what, but I did like that this is designed so you don't have to have access to the attic above (which I don't). It was nice that it came with three finishes to choose from and here is my feedback on the colors (also see my photos): The brushed nickel is gorgeous... it would match perfectly in any bathroom with brushed nickel, stainless steel, or even chrome. Unfortunately, those are not the colors of my fixtures. The white is a pure white, and is the one I used. The color of the bronze was disappointing though... while it is a pretty finish, the color is much, much lighter than any "oil rubbed bronze" fixtures I've ever seen. If you're kind of "OCD" about things matching exactly (like me), you would not end up using the oil rubbed bronze one (which is why I ended up using the white). Overall, a good exhaust fan... quieter, removes a fair amount of humidity from the bathroom when I take my long, hot showers, and throws a good amount of light.

The integrated LED light also makes for a good combination of light and fan for a bath. The trim options are easy to to install and provide decorator choices. The quality of the fan is high as it moves air well, but in a quiet manner.

The NuTone roomside decorative 110 CFM ceiling bathroom exhaust fan is great for upgrading my existing old exhaust fan. It comes with square LED panel. The led panel trim is changeable with a white, bronze or brushed nickel. The led is dimmable. The installation is innovative and straightforward. The flange fits into a drywall cut out and it has fold away ears that helps make it secure. The fan is quiet and I’m happy with this order.
