Q:Is this planter good for growing lettuce, arugula and other leafy greens? I don't believe these plants have deep roots, so I wonder if the "self-watering" feature will work with shallow root structure plants.

    A:  It has holes in the bottom. Add water until the water starts running out from those holes.

      A:  I grew cucumbers in one last year. It was easy and produced a lot! Not sure corn would work though. I'm getting a second one this year and will do cucumbers and peppers.
