A: Hello Ken, thank you for your question. Just take a safety pin or something and push it that whole that says RESET on the front of the timer. Q:I have had the timer for about 3 weeks and now it is not operating. I cannot even get ti to turn on with using the on/off feature. I have tried to reset and reprogram still does not work.

A: You don't delete other programs, you simply only program the first one on and off, then stop programming timer and push program button at end of setting first program to return to clock.
