Questions and Answers for Lifesmart LS350DX 5-Person 28-Jet 110V Plug and Play Spa with Ozonator

A:  Hello Fullroddle! The differences between the two Lifesmart Spas are Shell Colors and Cabinets. The LS350 Plus comes in Arctic White shell color with vertical wood siding cabinet in espresso. The LS350DX does not come with a cabinet and the shell colors are Sand and Taupe. The only Lifesmart Plug and Play spa that can be converted is the Sereno. Our Lifesmart spas are suitable (and perfect!) for cold climates. They are fully foamed for maximum energy efficiency. Pair that with the thermal locking cover when you are not soaking, and the water will remain warm and ready for you, even in cold climates. While using the hot tub in very cold weather, you may notice the water temperature drop a couple of degrees, but not enough to impact a nice, warm soak. Rest assured that the water will come back up to temperature as soon as you cover it back up.

A:  Hello Holl! Yes, our Lifesmart Spas can be used indoors and in a basement. As long as there is ample ventilation and a good foundation, the spa can be installed indoors. A:  Hello Bill! There are no mechanisms installed in our spas that will cool the water. If the set temperature is lower than the water temperature, the spa will simply not heat.

A:  My area gets in the 90s in the summer and below freezing in the winter. We keep it up and running all year. The water heats up perfectly as long as you have the insulated cover on. The spa itself has not changed shape at all.

A:  Yes it stays warm in the winter. It goes down to 20 degrees sometimes here. We've had it for 3 years and sides are the same as when we got it. They do look a little bulged out but have always been like that. We love it! No problems at all. Can't beat the price either.

A:  Hello Nathan! Per the pre-delivery/install checklist (which can be accessed by following the link below), your spa will be delivered at the end of your driveway or curbside. It is delivered on end, wrapped on a sturdy pallet for convenient placement. You will be responsible for any arrangements needed to have your spa placed in your desired location. A:  Hello Kathy! The actual operating cost will vary depending on individual usage, ambient temperature and local utility rates. However, on average, Lifesmart spas cost between $15 - $50 per month to operate. Full foam insulation, a thermal locking cover and programmable filter cycles make this spa extremely energy efficient.

A:  Hello Ernest! When the cover is folded in half, it will be about 8.5" thick. The cover is separate from the spa.

A:  Hello John! The Spa includes a thermal locking cover, ozonator, multi-color underwater LED light, waterfall feature, three cupholders and initial filter. As far as chemicals, please only use either granular chlorine or granular bromine for your sanitizer. No Tablets and Floaters!! You will also need chemicals to balance the PH (7.2 - 7.8), Alkalinity (80ppm – 120ppm) and Calcium Hardness (75ppm – 150ppm).
