Water care products can be purchased at any hot tub/pool supply company.

A:  Hello JTBIGTOAD! Yes, the cover folds in half and the lounge portion runs alongside the 81 inch length side of the spa. The cover folds in the middle to uncover the lounge. A:  Hello Want2buy! First and foremost, you want your spa to be on a secured, level foundation. Bulging can be unexpected, especially if you're more familiar with traditional wooden-framed spas. However, the material used for roto-molded spas is designed to be flexible, which allows it to withstand various weather conditions and temperatures. This flexibility is actually a feature of the spa's design, allowing it to expand and contract without compromising the spa's integrity or performance. We do however have guidelines and a tolerance for this bulging affect. If you see bulging in the future, I'd suggest you contact our technical department at (888) 961-7727 M-F, 7AM-4PM PST, so one of our customer specialists can determine best course of action.

A:  Hello Vinny! The power cord is just below the topside of the control panel within the access door. The GFCI power cord is 15 feet in length. After exiting the spa you should have 12' – 13' feet of cord to reach the outlet. Under no circumstances can an extension cord be used on our spas. The GFCI cord needs to plug directly into an outlet.

A:  Hello Teee! No, the Lifesmart LS350DX is a 110v Plug and Play Spa only and cannot be converted to 220v.
