Very Happy with hot tub! Received in FL about 2 weeks after online order. Delivery was quick. Hot tub was wheeled right into my garage with a pallet jack. Tub is super light and made completely of fiberglass, making it easy to set down and push around(empty). I unwrapped it, filled it with water, plugged it in and had water temperature over 100 degrees within 24 hrs. I have now had it for a month and it is leak and problem free. Only complaint is could use some head rests.

I ordered this and it came early, delivered in Dec instead of January. I had a concrete pad made for the spa. NoCal, outdoor temp 45-59 degrees. I have the spa set between 99-103 and a separate thermometer verifies the temp. I go in everyday. I have the 350 with 110 voltage. I was concerned the jets would be weak but they are great. Only issue is dipping my phone and wanting accessories, a pillow and booster cushion. Need to add storage for the cover, Soaking now. Cheers. Great seats too.

I was so excited for this spa to arrive. Within 30 minutes of filling, I had a good size bulge in one of the sides. 2 days later all sides are bulging. I’m so sad.

We’re having a hard time finding a replacement cover (hard top). The material deteriorated which allowed the rain water to accumulate to the point that it busted. The cover was so heavy when lifted and material damaged, it fell apart.

The tub manages to keep the water hot for a decent amount of time if the outside temp is above around 50F, but during the winter when it's in the mid to upper 30's the tub will drop temp within around 30 minutes. I kind of expected this performance with a 120V heating system, so no stars lost there. Where this tub DOES lose stars is the fact that the sides of the tub have started to warp within 3 months of owning it. The tub is on a level concrete slab, but one side is sagging in and the side next to it is bowing outward (see pics), the side that's bowing out is the one with the access door and now I'm afraid to take the door off in case it doesn't fit back on. This does not make me think that this 4000 dollar hot tub will last very long at all, I kind of wish I had just spent a bit more money for a 240V tub with a better build quality at the start.

After just 4 months in service this is my review. Though otherwise stated this is not fully insulated, as the access door has no insulation, as did some of the underbelly of the tub. In a cooler climate, as in Northern California, we are seeing a 45 dollar a month spike in our electric bill. The plug and play cord needs to have a place to secure it under the outside edge of the spa. The jets are rather weak. The inside depth is disappointing, as it is too shallow. The shell, being vinyl/plastic is warping already. When I called customer service I was informed that “this was normal”.....what!? In fact they don’t even want to talk about it’s shortcomings until the warping and distortion reaches 4”. What a piece of crap...don’t buy.

I purchased my spa in June. It’s been great for the summer no issues. The water fall is kinda pointless it’s very low and takes power away from the jets. My issue and warning to you all is this. In cold weather the spa leaks from around the top of the cover when not in Use. I called the company and they said this is normal. It causes the water to run down the sides of the tub and wet the areas on the floor around my tub. Now this is dangerous in the cold because the water turns to ice and is very slippery. Mine isn’t even outside it’s in the garage. My stairs and rug by the spa is always soaked with a puddle running to the drain in the middle of the garage. Also it causes the hot tub to lose a lot of water which if i didn’t notice it today the water level was almost past the pump line and would of caused the pump to burn up. I was told i should buy an insulated blanket. This would of been nice to know before i purchased this spa. It would of changed my mind. A normal hot tub that i have had in the past has never done this. Even the blow up hot tub i had didn’t do it. So if you live in a warm climate it’s good but in colder climates be warned of ice and leaking. They say this is perfect for the winter and snow timing. I disagree completely. Looks like I’ll be draining it for the winter.

Purchased in December, arrived on January 10th. Has literally leaked from the moment we filled it. I've spent way too much money, time, and effort now trying to find this stupid leak. Positives - It's sturdy, it's pretty, I love seeing the water in it and the pretty lights on....until the leaking inevitably starts. I'm not allowed to discuss customer service in reviews so...... Just save your money and get a good brand. I'm now stuck with a leaking hot tub on my back patio that's too dang heavy to move and there is no reputable spa person who will touch these things. When I say I must have gotten a lemon, that's an understatement. I think I got the whole lemon tree.

Read lots of reviews on this spa as had some questions on quality, reliability, performance. Was concerned about the 110V and pump/heater combo. Have had this installed now for two weeks and this spa has exceeded my expectations. No leaks in fittings, water temp at filling was 51 degrees and took 44 hours to heat up to 103 degrees and has held that since. First week of operation temps were 30-50 and it did not run much. Our daytime temps have been in 60's and 70's for last week and the spa barely runs except for 1x per hour self check and the 2 auto filter cycles. Jets are more than sufficient for massage and air bubbles, light and waterfall are nice touches. Built-in Ozonator is major plus. Temps do not fall during use, in fact I find with the pump running during use temp actually can increase a degree (remember pump is also the heater). Cover fits perfect and like I said is maintaining 103 degrees without running much. Seating for 5 is two bench seats for 2 average size adults and the lounge position. I usually use it alone so very spacious, 3 or 4 adults would be comfortable, but 5 is very doable. Last spa I owned was 20 years ago, was a high end 220v spa, all the bells and whistles ... would probably be a $12,000+ spa now (not including the 220V prep) ... this Lifesmart spa performs comparably in my opinion. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

This spa exceeds our expectations. We go dirt bike riding almost ever weekend and it's wonderful to come a soak our sore bones in this spa. Sits 3 perfectly and I'm sure up to 5 of us would be fine. This light & waterfall are a relaxing feature. We've had it 2 months. I can't wait to see how my husband expands it when he builds a "deck" & gazebo around it.

The spa arrived in a timely manner and was packaged for easy handling. You will need 2-3 good friends to help you move the spa into place since delivery is only to the curb or driveway in the front of your house. The spa was well protected and had no damage. All the fittings were tight and we had no leaks once we filled it and turned it on. We did a lot of research about spas and finally settled on the Bahama DLX based on its features and price point. It is an excellent value. We were hesitant to purchase a "plug-n-play" model because of the single pump and lower output heater. We have been pleasantly surprised by the power of the pump and the heating efficiency of the DLX. Do not be apprehensive about purchasing this spa.

When received the spa the led light was broken at the factory there QC needs to do a better job.Had to wait a week for the replacement light before I could use the spa. Since that the spa works great

Spa is high quality, easy to maintain, and worth the money. Since purchasing this unit in early 2018 my family has enjoyed the therapeutic jets and warm water at least 5 out of 7 days a week. This spa was the perfect centerpiece to our backyard oasis. Color changing setting are super fun. The waterfall is nice thought not sure if it is necessary. Most times we leave it off so to make the jets stronger. Delivery was great. Thought they say they drop at the end of the driveway the delivery guys were more than happy to bring the unit up to the garage. If you have extremely hard water there is a water filter that can plug into the end of your garden hose that is available for purchase online. This filter did make adjusting the water level easier.

We love this hot tub! It is everything we expected and more! Love the waterfall and light. We screened in our porch so we could put this there for use year around with protection. The two great granddaughters love the waterfall! The only thing we would recommend is to make the handles easier to turn on. I have trouble trying to turn them. We didn't get the tub set up until the end of March waiting to get the porch finished.

We love our Lifesmart spa and highly recommend it. It fits our deck perfectly. This spa exceeded our expections! Set up was easy and the spa is basically maintenance free!

I have owned this SPA for one year. It is very easy to set up and maintain. There has been no issues. I don't see any difference in my electric bill. It might run the heater automatically 3 to 4 times a day and maintains the heat with the included cover nicely. I remove the filter and clean it weekly along with a weekly shock. I never have issues with the water maintenance. The jets are strong and has helped relieve sore muscles. You can adjust jets on one side to make others stronger. It was delivered curb side at the end of my driveway. It will take 3 to 4 strong people to move it.

Ordered this spa after quite a bit of research on plug-and-play models. Have now been using it for a oouple of months and I am very pleased with it's performance. Delivery was as advertised and on time. Had no issues moving it from my front drive to the back of the house. Was easily able to get it though a standard sized gate on a chain link fence. Set up was no problem. No leaks were discoved around any of the fittings and hoses during filling, start up or operation. All features on the spa worked exactly as they should. Cover is well built and well insultated. With the heat unit being built into the pump the spa holds it's temperature during jet operation very well. Also, purchased the Lifesmart steps and with them my wife (5'2") can easily get in and out of the spa. Would definitely recommend this product based on my experience to date.

So we now have had this Bahama hot tub for a full year and use it 3-4 times a week even thru the winter months. It still works perfectly and holds the temperature just right. Very pleased with this choice!

We ordered this spa last year and love it. It is well insulated which saves on heating costs and adds comfort, as it lasts longer before it cools off. It is comfortable for people of different height and is truly able to accommodate five people comfortably. Great product at a very good cost.

I have owned this hot tub for almost a year and we love it. For the price it has all the features that we wanted, the lounge, colored lights, and the water fall. The pressure from the water jets feels great after a long day at work. It requires very low maintenance, and it maintains the desired water temperature. I am very glad that I made this purchase.

We've had the spa since last winter and it has been fantastic! I'm using it in the Oklahoma summer heat as a personal pool. Drained the water to clean it and refilled it but we left the heat at the lowest setting. Love this thing!

We’ve had this hot tub for almost a year and we love it! The jets are wonderful and it’s a blessing when my arthritis flares up. After a long day at work I look forward to relaxing in the hot tub!!

This is an awesome spa. We had a place set up and ready for our spa. As soon as it was delivered, we wired it up turned it on and all features came to life. Very relaxing every night since. The features on this model and the jets array have exceeded expectations and we had high expectations! We absolutely love our spa! Fits 5 very comfortably. Very happy with this purchase!

SUPER EASY SETUP. Have had this tub for two weeks and my family has used it every day. We use this tub indoors in an insulated sunroom which makes it very efficient. However in colder climates this tub will not do well outdoors. It simply cannot maintain heat for very long. If you have to use a tub outdoors shoot for a 220v 4k heater. Otherwise it will simply cool down too quickly and you wont have as much time to enjoy it.

I've owned this hot tub for over a month now and I have to say that I'm very pleased with it overall. The price point is very good. I got it on sale for $2800 and I feel that's a good fair price and it's worth every penny. Jets work great and put out more than adequate pressure to soothe those aching muscles. My girlfriend and I enjoy this tub very much and I'm so glad I pulled the trigger on this one. No need to spend $5K or 10k this tub has everything you need to soak and relax in. The waterfall is a nice touch also...I will say that if youre looking for an inexpensive good sized hot tub with all the bells and whistles it has to offer. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Shipping was flawless and the delivery crew set it right on my deck. Of course I threw them a nice tip..

Product is as described not a bad tub for the money. I read all the reviews and you need to be realistic about what you are getting. If you want a $10,000 240 volt tub then go buy one! You can't look at a nice chevy and expect it to turn into a Lamborghini. This is a really nice tub for the money. It has lots of features, pretty easy to move into place and holds temperature well. The cover is well built, only draw back of the tub is I am 6' 3" and it is a deep tub my wife at 5'5" has a hard time getting in and out they ought to include the steps with every tub oh well. This tub replaced a 20 year old hot springs spa and it does what I need and is easy to maintain.

The side of the hot tub is bulging out. the water doesn't seem to get very hot and the light has a mind of its own. Sometimes the colors change and sometimes it just stays on one color.

This spa is light weight and an excellent bargain price. Jets are plenty strong/easy setup. Love using it everyday the last 6 months. I like the molded concept/no wood to deteriorate. Excellent cover.

Amazing tub for the price. I have had it up and running for 5 days now. I had a strong neighbor help me position it by my pool--we were able to use the roll and slide method on some comforters we laid out on the pool deck. Heavier and more awkward to position than I expected but two strong people can make it happen. Hot tub was up and running in under an hour and reached temperature about 18 hours later. Simple and easy to use. I live in Hawaii so will be interested to see what my energy bill looks like. I'm keeping the tub at 101 degrees and that seems to work best for us. Provides a great place for the family to ditch their electronic devices and just talk. Pros: Durable, easy to use, strong jets, comfortable for 3 people, room for up to 5 with some leg room compromises. Cons: What is up with the lights? 6 different colored LEDs flash rotating colors at 1.5 second intervals --way too fast and annoying. Would be great if you could select a color or just slow down the light change interval to more like 10-30 seconds between changes or so.
