Answer This Question
A: Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have a point of reference for a temporary install.
Something like this would probably be determined by the type of adhesive used.
We apologize for not having more information on this type of installation.

Q:Can LED cove lighting be added to the top of this crown moulding?
by|Jul 17, 2020

Answer This Question
A: Hello,
We do not recommend this kind of install.
With the way our moldings are installed there won't be room to place an LED light.
If you were to change the installation method to make room for the light strip it could compromise the molding's ability to stay attached to the wall.

Answer This Question
A: You can do any inner or outer corners just like any other crown molding
by|Feb 17, 2020
A: There were not any available when I bought mine so I cut them conventionally using the Crown King kit that can be purchased at Home Depot. You can also use a coping saw or the saws they recommend in their instructional video.

A: The same as used in the tutorial video on the product site - DAP Alex plus acrylic latex caulk plus silicone. It worked great. I also recommend putting on 2 coats of primer before topcoating.

A: Any latex-based caulk will work great. Sometime the label will read as 'acrylic caulk'. Just be careful not to use a caulk that is silicone or petroleum based. They will slowly degrade the moulding.
Here is a great recommendation: https://www.homedepot.com/p/DAP-10-1-oz-Alex-Fast-Dry-White-Acrylic-Latex-Plus-Silicone-Caulk-18425/100634323
