A:  If your panel has the 200 amp breaker at the top and is  rectangular and mounted horizontal that one should fit. Best to find the brand of lockout and check there website out to be sure

A:  NO!! I have a 100 amp Main and it is on the right , I think all Squar D's ON position is to the right.. I also put in a Reliance Wattmeter Box Cat. No MB75. to balance my system. I also put in a Reliance Power Back Utility Power Return Alert.

A:  No, it only works on the right side, because of how the plate is designed.  It won’t physically fit on the right side because of the bends in the plate, and the breaker movements on/off are different for the top right location.  (Since the main and left side breakers all turn off when flipped to the left, but the top right position turns On when moved left)

A:  No, because of the on - off position of the main breaker it has to be on the right.

A:  No, the generator breaker must be on the right side

A:  No. You would have to swap breakers around. It is designed to prevent the main from being able to be switched on when the two pole 30A breaker is on so it has to be on the right side.
