great product, love the finished product. Not for any beginners, requires more knowledge and more tools than traditional prefitted wood jam.

It was tough to chisel. Make sure you sharpen your chisel before you start!

Very good products

I was excited about this product to start with, it seemed like it made a lot of sense. I then tried to use my palm router to cut out the hinge mortises and quickly realized that it would not fit, because the doorstop did not allow the palm route to move freely. I pored over the instructions to make sure I didn't miss anything, now I was stuck. The instructions suggested to use a chisel to manually cut out the mortises, which was impossible because the material was too pliable. If i were you, it is much easier to buy a whole new pre-hung door and frame and take good care of it. This product will give you a headache.

At the same last time I send an home owner to get me couple piece of 1x 6 x 8' pvc or fiberglass, at the Home Depot located in Lee Rd. In Orlando Fl. The rep give him regular wood for pvc. I had to drop what I was doing to go back to the store to get what I need. I lost 3 Hours of work on that day. Please trained them a little bit better so they will know how to help the customer.

Complicated to install but a solid fit & should be permanent. Worth the money & time.

It's exactly what I ordered. It was very difficult to install. It doesn't tool well or hold screws well. I doubt I would use this product again.

Easy to work with (just like wood) without the rot. Measure 3 times before you cut. Door tolerances must be close.
