The replacement wick was fine. Exactly what I expected because I have bought them before. What I didn’t expect was the extremely poor service/help finding what I was looking for. This is not the first time that I’ve had this poor service from the Greenfield store associates on the floor. Many times they walk past and ignore you. This time I was given the wrong place to look and the person just walked away instead of looking harder or calling someone else. My checkout experience was excellent as always.

We are happy.
We are very happy with this unit. It brought the humidity level up very quickly and maintained it very well on the auto setting. We find it to be quite and the fan noise isn't that bothersome.

Renew it at Home Depot
This is a yearly replacement filter which works very well. Even more outstanding is it could be ordered online and delivered to my home free of charge.
