unit stop working after just 5 days. the temp of the water got soo hot it almost caused me third degree burns. the unit temp was only set to 90 degrees. but the water coming out the pipes was boiling.

Purchases the smaller version for a single sink and works nicely so when needed a larger one for a Shower purchased this one. After a few uses of good use the next one was scolding Hot then cold when turned on! Called customer service for no hot water. Was told it has 3 internal breaker switches. You have to remove the cover locate the micro switches and press each one. Fixed it for a bit perhaps 3 more uses then those internal breakers went off again. Bottom line the main 60 amp breaker has never tripped but these internal ones stay tripped with no untripping them and it is 5 days out of there 2 year warranty. This was used maybe 20 times! Look for better heater than this one!

I tried my best to like and accept this water heater and it works but I have had to much trouble with leaks the first leak was from the pressure relief device water ran straight through it called customer service and they were very good to deal with and sent me another pressure relief right away so I got the new device installed and it worked for about 2 months before it started leaking again not as bad as the first one but any leak is unacceptable and on top of the pressure relief issue I have had nothing but leak problem at the connections I'm guessing because they're plastic and now the unit is leaking from one of the inside components and it's still under warranty but I'm not going to waste my time pursuing it I've had enough I'll just count my losses and move on.

this was to replace a former unit they are dependable and deliver plenty of hot water even for washer and showers very good deal

The water heater stopped working after 4 days, and this is the second one we’ve tried.

It either gets super hot or doesnt work and has to be reset every time it used for more than 2 minutes. (No hot showers).

Your costumer serves was great. But I didn't not have a 200 amp service to let you know how it works

Works great in our seasonal cottage. Will provide hot water for shower or sink. Just don't use both at once (as we knew going in) Easy install. Love it?

The water heater was easy to install and works good during warm weather.

Doesn’t heat the water real well to the tub faucet like it said it would and the temperature goes up and down continuously while running

Broke in 2 days garbage. No customer support on weekends or after 5 pm.

works great . saves me money do not to run the boiler for hot water.

Absolutely love this! Fair warning this has to be wired directly into your breaker box with 8g wire and 3x dbl40 breakers. I was not prepared for that but once I got that ran it has worked amazingly! Very happy with this product!

On my second unit and it just died in less than a year. these are not cheap to have hooked up and now I have to pay for a 3rd install. sounding like the brand new replacement they sent me less than a year ago isn't covered by warranty. pretty disappointed in this company I have already spent 3k on install costs and now I get to pay some more to get another brand installed to replace this piece of junk.

Takes a good flow rate to kick on but works great on our two sinks in our office. Gets good and hot.

Save your money - I have bought 2 of these in 4 years - only heats when it wants to. Many times it runs for 20 minutes and still has only cold water. I am going to go back to a regular electric water heater. They stop heating as soon as the warranty runs out.
