Using this to service the sink out in our shed, where we do our canning. Much more cost efficient to only heat the water upon use, as opposed to keeping a hot water tank full. Installation was very straight-forward. I mounted it directly under the sink. At 10,500 watts, this unit required a 50-amp 240-volt circuit. There are 3 heat settings on the unit, plus you can adjust the temperature also by changing the rate of water flow. A great way to supply hot water to remote and/or lesser-used fixtures.

Heated well water only to lukewarm

It works ok. I had to put it on high to get hot water. It’s not super hot but hot enough I guess. No need to mix it with the cold side. It definitely won’t scald you.

Dishwasher, laundry and shower same time... No temp change at all ?

This can only be described as junk. After a very expensive installation it worked for about 3 weeks. The question now is, do I try another one or forget the whole thing. Right now I’m leaning toward the latter. The Home Depot answer was bring it in and we will order you another one.

This hot water heater is terrible. Barely keeps shower hot, they said Home Depot shouldn’t be selling this as home appliance, and this thing eats power like candy. My power bill jumped $200 with this thing.

It give a code when trying to fill up tub or when running dish washer, the showers will work fine, I guess I will have to go back to a conventional hot water heater

Junk ! Company did not stand by their product . Bought one lasted 1 1/2 yrs . They sent me a new one which lasted 1 1/2 yrs and they would not send me another replacement even though both units went bad before the 2 yr warranty was up !!!!!!!!!

Installed one of these approximately 4 1/2 years ago, first one lasted just under two years, received a warranty replacement, I asked about the warranty on the replacement, I was told it would carry the remainder of the original warranty, so by the time I got the replacement and installed it, I had about 45 days warranty. Well, it lasted just over two years. I am going back with a tank model, and it will not be a ATMOR.

Put this in a weekend use cabin. Within first year of weekend use only unit goes scalding hot and then trips the internal resets. Starts cold and then goes extremely hot then cold then trips reset. Chinese junk.

Repeat customer here, with 3 on use currently at my rentals. They have worked perfect for 2 years now. I keep coming back for more and always refer this one. It heats a shower super great! Can get too hot! Holds up. Not leaky. Easy to install. Compact. Can't complain.

It didn’t work at all. It cost me a lot of money to have it hooked up to then have it removed. Didn’t even turn on at all worthless.

Great pressure and heats very well. Our home is 4bd 2 Ba and we are very pleased with this unit. It is double the power of a prior purchase (another brand) that had half the power, causing pressure issues and hot water issues to upstairs bath. Highly recommend ATMOR.

Upon installation, it didn't work. Contacted customer service and they were responsive and guided the troubleshooting process. Afterwards, it was determined to replace the tank. I had to complete the paperwork required, but they were helpful and when that was done, they were prompt in sending out a new one. Good experience with their customer support.

Is slow to respond for hot water . Also , if you slow the flow down it will just shut off.

I definitely do not recommend it, it lasted working only a week.

Waited to long to install does not work period! No refund because it laid here over 90 days. I have doubts if this thing will pass building inspector since fittings are plastic and pressure relief vale is plastic, HD employee told me he would not install this and he has 27 years experience

Works great. Have been using it for a couple of weeks now. Had a hot shower this morning with 27° temp outside no prolem.
