Window was broken when delivered

Bought 6 windows for reno project. Arrived on time for pick up. Boxed very well, HD staff were on point with getting to me. The not so great: one window had small crack near upper right corner. It may have happened on install as I only noticed once they were up. Since my application has an overhang and a quick smudge of caulking covered it the project is complete. But for perfectionists it means either I tightened it too much (and pvc integrity is light) or it came that way. So, check the corners in/out before putting up, don't over tighten. That aside very happy with the quality of the windows. Appearance, operation, and adherence to specifications were all fantastic. Slide well, all screens intact, and locks worked perfectly. Great value generally and for my situation exceptional as this was a custom size everywhere else and difficult to get in less than 6 mos.

Quality Window for a reasonable price.

The quality and craftsmanship of this widow isn't what was expected. A lot of glue on windows that will not come off and the screens do not fit tight. Loose areas at the top and around the sides. Bugs will get in if the window is opened.

After I installed the window I noticed one of the locks was broken

Product is good . Delivery I picked them up. Had to stand around at the store not enough help at the time of pickup. But otherwise great experience. Best price in town !!!

Sad to say, but the issues with your windows seem to be poor installation. The windows were not installed square and plumb.

The product looks and works very good, Very strong frame and the seals work very good, I have no complaints about the windows, 70 Pro block series windows

I need to replace the glass in one unit. Who supplies the panels?

Cannot get my order on time and when it does come not complete order ,cannot get the mullon to put the windows together they stop making the part I tried to cancel order but was told I would loss some money when I got windows I had to scrap call off the glass and hardware very very disappointed and I install windows American craftman windows are very low quality think about it before you purchase that cheap built window

As described, easy to install and to clean.

The windows were the exact size the advertised. My measures were accurate. The fit was perfect. The installation was easy. The windows open and close easily. The tilt in cleaning feature works. The locks work. All hardware and expansion parts work with the windows. Make sure your rough opening is a little larger than the window measurements. These are not premium windows but they work properly. Look great. We’re easy to install myself and didn’t break the bank. I had never torn out or installed replacement windows but it wasn’t that difficult. The packaging and delivery were fine. Fed ex delivered and helped me get them just inside my door. The measurement is the critical area. Make sure it’s right.

Easy installation, 19yrs later two of them has blow panes.

This window. I'm unfortunately disappointed. I wanted to change our my living room windows with new windows to help with heating bills this winter , also our old windows were ugly. The new windows are nice looking. After installing the windows and getting them all spray foamed in, I took the stickers off. When doing so, I happen to notice the energy star rating is not rated for Michigan. It's rated for the southern states. How can I buy windows in michigan that's not energy star rated for MICHIGAN.
