Well packaged, easy to assemble, pump worked immediately, beautiful sound. Lower level not perfectly level, but does not effect operation. Some finish coming off, possibly due to rubbing on Styrofoam packaging. Some stone look spray paint will touch that small spot up after the season.

The bottom fountain bowl is not level with the other two bowls. Otherwise I love it.

Shorter than I wanted however easy to put together and works great !!!

Works as stated but disappointed that the pump cord is visable.

I bought this fountain to replace a similar type that I have had for about 5 years. That's about as long as these resin fountains will last out the weather, but they are relatively inexpensive and I don't mind replacing it every few years. Anyway, this fountain looks very good, although a bit smaller than I thought it would be. I'm glad that I built a brick pedestal that raises it up about 6 inches. That made it stand up much better and look taller. The pump front cover was cracked when I first opened it, it still worked, but I felt that it should be replaced. I immediately called their customer service number, they took all of my info and I had a new pump in only 3 days. Really can't ask for more than that. They did a great job. I recommend this fountain for anyone who is looking for a garden centerpiece or accent as long as you understand that resin does not last forever and you will have to replace it over time.

The fountain was a replacement fountain for one which we had also purchased through The Home Depot several years prior. The fountain turned out to be a bit smaller than we expected but is still a good replacement. We are pleased with the features and the ease of installation.

Love this fountain! Arrived on my front porch in 4 days after placing order. Easy to assemble and sound is perfect to create a relaxing atmosphere in backyard. Color is tan, not green as displayed in the picture, but I am OK with that. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our Napa Valley fountain...it was easy to install and just looks beautiful...I even put a rubber ducky on the bottom and he looks so cute and loves his new home...the fountain works great and it is so nice to hear the water when we are outside in our screened in porch...

This lovely fountain is easy to set up. Took me (50 year old woman) about 2 hours...has been in my yard 1+ year so far. Inspired me to build a sitting garden around it. Love this fountain and Home Depot has it less expensive than anyone.

I bought this fountain to replace one I had purchased previous from Home Depot. Had returned one fountain twice to Home Depot before I finally gave up on that one and decided on the Napa Valley Fountain. It looked really nice but soon found out that I had to fill it up everyday because the water sprayed out faster than you could fill it up. The color also changed from the mineral content of the water. I haven't even had it a year yet and the whole top of the fountain broke off and now I am stuck with a broken fountain that I can't return. Wouldn't recommend it.

I've had this fountain for about 6 weeks and the finish on the entire top has chipped off. Since I had read about this problem online in the past, I had even checked before I bought it and was told that issue had been resolved. Evidently it hasn't. Also the middle layer is not level no matter what I do. I'm returning the fountain. It also needs to be filled every day since the water splashes out.

Beautiful finish and well made Water does splash out so need to refill daily Various spouts where water overflows are not all deep enough so water comes out unevenly

We are so happy with this fountain that we are going to order one for my mother's 80th birthday. She will enjoy having this in her yard every day.

Love the sound - great trickle! Very pleased. Color is not green as in in picutre, more tan, which is great for us. It was a little shorter than we had visally expected, but we elevated it with stepping stones.

The Napa Valley fountain looks lovely in our front court yard. We bought a remote control to turn it on from inside the house. It was easy to install, after we figured out how to thread the cord out of the bottom. (Not really difficult.) It fulfilled our expectations.

Assembly is quite easy and it really looks great and the sound is extremely soothing, but have a couple of glitches. The pump operated ok for a couple of days then the GFCI would trip & have to be reset, thinking I had a wiring problem I had an electrician out to check everything. After replacing the GFCI & still having the same problem it turned out to be the pump motor that was causing the spike to trip the circuit. Then took the fountain apart to replace the pump & found out the center tear which is hollow, had six small holes in it allowing it to store water in it. No problem...warranty will cover it, except there are not any available right now...but, it's such a nice looking fountain

Extremely fast and easy to put together. Works great and is a nice outdoor addition. Sounds like a nice relaxing bubbling brook nearby.

This is an excellent fountain for the price. The only problem I have with it is the color is nothing like that shown in the picture. Instead of the green/gray color shown online, it is a tan/oat color. That was a little disappointing, but other than that it is a good value.

I really like this fountain. Love that the color is a stone color, not green like the picture. It fits just right in our garden. The sound is really beautiful. This fountain is light weight and easy to clean.

We purchased this fountain for our front garden area to replace one that was faulty. We are really pleased with it. The color is actually brown tones instead of the green that shows in the picture so we are extra happy. Easy to assemble and looks great! Price is really good compaared to others.

This was very easy to assemble. Good value for the money. Just make sure it is leveled before you turn it on. Written instructions weren't the greatest but you can figure it out with the illustrations.

The Napa Valley Fountain is great for lage amounts of space. It worked graet for me and my yard. In the winter i just put it inside my house. I use it year round.

This is a great fountain. It arrived in less time then the site indicated. It was easy to assemble and has run perfectly. I have had the fountain for 2 months now and love it!

I loved the fountain but was not sure I'd like the color. What I received is more a grey/gold color even though the box it came in pictures a green fountain. Easy to assemble, nice features with water flow adjustment. Looks like a more expensive aged stone or cement. Love it!

The fountain is made of very good materials. We love the design the attention to details. For the money you cant go wrong.Its easy to move around we love the sound of the running water. The three tier sounds better than the one or two tier designs. We placed ours in the flower garden and adds classic beauty to the home. We really enjoy it!
