I am actually going to return this product. Very cheaply made. One snow storm or rain looks like would break it.

This awning is great. Covers you from the rain and snow!

Instructions were a bit difficult to follow but manageable. One of the two supporting brackets cracked within a week of installation.

Poor quality and very flimsy

Did the installation myself went up quick. Very nice looking but is completely constructed of plastic like materials. I’m in the south and is doing fine in the rain. Not sure how it would do in heavy wet snow. Had to put a clear bead of silicone at the point it meets the house to keep all the drips out. Was no big deal. So far very happy with it.

We installed it as per the instructions and so far it has held out beautifully. The true test is going to be the winter temperatures.

It looks good and ease to install. The quality is also good.

It came with a flaw in the cover and I am waiting on a replacement.

Would recommend this to a friend - very sturdy and looks nice

I would recommend this product. It is well-priced and I do like that the awning piece is solid, not 2 pieces like some competitors. That was a major selling point for me. However, the placement of the awning above the brackets could be a little bit better. When installed there is a gap between the wall and the awning, really too big for caulking. If they had offset the brackets by just a little bit so the part of the awning against the wall was just a little bit longer, the gap would be less. Other than that, great product.

Easy to assemble, easy to install and surprisingly durable. Made it through the recent tropical storms wind and rain.

So far it works perfectly. I am in NY and want to wait until the snow to see how it works then. I kept the old one just in case.

Relatively easy to install, good looking.

Nice appearance and will hopefully deflect a bit of rain or snow off my backdoor. I am dissapointed that all of the parts are plastic and the shield itself is corregated plastic, so I am not sure about its durability yet.

Assembly took some time. Must have patience!

the product was very good the one month to wait was not acceptable

This CANOPY AWNING comes in two different boxes. It will have extra pieces between them. It was easy to install and looks great when installed. I sealed the wall at the back so the rain won’t get behind it to our doors. I used different fasteners for my stucco then were included. The company took over a month to send them out, even though it said I would receive them by a certain date.

This canopy awning comes complete with mounting bolts for cement walls. I bought another style of fastener for my stucco walls. The directions are great and straightforward, easy to follow. This is very easy to install even if you have basic skills, or no skills at all. The only problem I had was that it took the company over a month to ship out. That’s why the lower rating.

Overall a decent awning and easy to install. However, the transparent cover is cheap clear corrugated plastic, not plexiglass. It would be MUCH nicer if it were plexiglass. I’m thinking about replacing the corrugated plastic with plexiglass. But it certainly does the job.

I actually returned this item. We didn't like the construction and material of this. Made of some sort of cheap plastic which probably wouldn't last very long.

It was not clearly stated as 2 pieces. Picture looks as in one long 8ft 11in. with one bracket in center.Had to return it.
