Wow is all I can say. This air compressor is exactly what I was looking for. Very small, has the power to preform, and is just so darn quiet. I will be buying another for the house. I will say however, it’s heavy as a deer! But I’m not using it to be portable so I don’t care. 10/10

Much quieter than a pancake compressor.

The first one I got ran for 30 seconds and made a squealing sound and stopped working permanently. There was small steel balls lose inside the box, it looked like blasting media. Probably used before painting. Some media got inside the motor and jammed it. I returned it to HD and got a replacement.

Delivered on time and set up was very easy. The unit is extremely quiet and no vibration. If you need a portable air compressor I would highly recommend the California Air Tools Model 4620AC.

This air compressor is so quiet. It replaced a unit that would wake the dead. I am very happy with its performance.

Runs quite but is heavy

Really like this new compressor! The old, red, pancake compressor was incredibly loud, and just simply unpleasant to be around. I should have made the purchase in 2018 when the unit was discounted more than this year.

Good capacity for a full sprinkler blow out. Fairly quiet, but louder than my friend's 1 HP California 4610ac that inspired me to order this. But, more capacity as well. 70 lb weight is right at the limit I can comfortably carry. I made a wooden wheeled trolley to help.

Quietist compressor i have ever owned. Recharges to full psi in less than 30 seconds.

This compressor is as quiet and efficient as advertised. A great addition to any small workshop.

Fantastic unit. Took two tries for HD to ship me one without damage but it was worth the wait. Performs as expected.

It was quiet Plenty strong for nail guns. Kept up with my pace. I didn’t have to wait for it to fill up.

Doesn’t seem to have a long life using regular. I have purchased six in the last 8 years and sent off 4 or 5 for repairs. PS. I generally use 1-2 every day. Keep older ones for back up. But they are the only ones quiet enough to use in public areas without disturbing others. Or me. I like it

It did not work as soon as I turned iron for the first time. Had to return it and I was not able to order another one as Home Depot did not carry them anymore. It was very heavy for its size also

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Rolair that I had only a couple of days because it wouldn't hold pressure, that I bought to replace two Dewalts that I had only a few days each because the check valve failed on one and there was a leak in the other, that I bought to replace my 12 year old Porter Cable pancake compressor that died, so I can't tell you how long it will last. I had wanted an upgrade in flow, quality, and quiet. This one came with the safety relief valve set too low, so it would barely get to pressure before relieving, but 20 minutes after I requested a new SRV, I had an email from California Air Tools that one had shipped (no charge, and they shipped it so I got it quickly). I'm very happy with that service. Also very happy with the compressor/assembly generally: Pumps up quickly. Not silent, but very quiet for a 2HP compressor. Looks like quality all over. Nice design. I researched a lot and understand mechanical stuff. This compressor looks to be to be best in its class.

Very quiet as advertise. Have not had the chance to check out it's full operation, but seems to be everything it says. Really like the no oil feature. More to come.

Works great, very happy with functionality and power. But regarding the noise level, I would not agree that it’s “ultra quiet” as stated. The noise level has been more that I expected.

This jobsite air compressor is well designed, efficient, relatively lightweight, and VERY QUIET, so quiet in fact you'll just as soon bring it indoors if you're doing interior work. It has the capacity to run roofing coil nailers or framing nailers, but will work well for trim, flooring etc. One added bonus is the aluminum tanks don't require daily draining, in case you are running it indoors. It will also stay cleaner as the pumps are oiless.

Bought this for the lower db sound, as its used inside my house. Very Quiet over a traditional compressor.

Works great, VERY quiet!

I purchased this compressor due to the overall review rating. The first thing I noticed was that it was too heavy to be portable and no wheels. When I did get it out of the box the overall build quality seemed low even by Chinese standards. After reading google reviews about the poor customer service I realized that I didn't want to deal with a company that doesn't respect it's customers. I bought a 2HP DeWalt and, although a bit more money, is a far superior compressor.
