This closet tower is good but the photos don’t show the side panel have ng peg holes. It didn’t tell that in the description either. I’d rather have had one with no holes on the sides. Otherwise a good product

Good quality solid wood where needed. Very pleased with these from the installation process to the finished look. Recommended.

Revamped my closet and selected this unit because it does not sit on the floor. Some of the shelves arrived chipped around the corners and edges. I emailed the company and they quickly shipped me a wax-like pencil to fill in the areas which worked fairly well. Assembly was easy. Instructions for the drawers were missing, but I found them on the company's website. I do wish they had pilot holes for the drawer slides. They have them for everything else! I'm a 60-year-old athletic woman and had no issues assembling myself. I did have to call up my beast son to lift the unit onto the cleat on the wall.

I love the closet towers, I bought two. The only complaint I have is that the assembly instructions are too vague. I had to take down 2 times just to get it right.

We like the closet tower very much. One suggestion, include directions on putting drawers together. I even called and had e-mailed but still didn't include this part of the directions. Lucky for us, my husband figured it out

Originally installed the 96" kit. Liked it so much I ordered the separate drawer/shelf tower. Liked that so much I ordered the shoe tower. All three arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date, with all boxes, all wood parts, and no missing hardware (and some extras). First installation took some time to digest and understand the instructions, but not overly complex. Next two installs I hardly needed to review the instructions. The key is proper and solid install of the metal hanging track, and everything else assembles fairly quickly. The drawers do take time and care to glue together / dry / mount sliding rails. But not difficult. Overall, extremely pleased with the appearance, quality and ease of installation. This is not as 'fine furniture' as a custom install product by a retail store. However, it is a fraction of that price so a very good value.

The ONLY thing that keeps this tower kit and my closet kit from being 5 stars is the design of the drawer box. I added this kit to a full closet kit that we bought and installed before my wife decided she wanted drawers too. I purchased this tower and an 8” tall drawer kit as she did not want the 12” drawer since it wouldn’t match my side. Overall easy to install after installing the bigger unit. The only issue is the drawers. Only one went together as it should. The others had to be screwed together as the corners “tore” apart. Bad design of the drawer box, just sloppy on quality

One drawer in every kit I bought did not have the screws in the box ended up with four drawers with no screws
