Good quality and size for what I needed. Good instructions and template for mounting drawers. Also, some pretty useful YouTube videos from other people who have bought them and a good one from the manufacture. Glad I brought it, looks great in my closet.

Drawer size too small
The product was shipped with drawers too small in width - barely 21in. This leaves a gap on both sides when installed making the product look ugly. Very disappointed that the person I spoke to at customer service says they can't send a replacement. This renders the purchase useless.

Product arrived undamaged. Drawers were easy to assemble and are quite sturdy. Instructions were good on this piece. Only issue was we were missing 36"rail. Customer service responded quickly and we had it in a couple of days.
