I WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. THE PLANT IS JUST BEAUTIFUL AND A LOT BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED. IT WAS PACKAGED VERY WELL HARDLY IN DIRT CAME OUT OF THE POT AND IT LOOKED SO FRESH. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS IT LOOKS SO NICE. I WILL NOT BE AFRAID TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered this plan online on Sunday night and it was delivered by Wed. It was packaged very well. The plant was huge and a lot healthier than the ones I've seen in the stores.

I am shocked and amazed. This is the 1st time ordering plants online and from HD. The order was placed on Cyber monday 12/2 and today is 12/4 and i am looking at 2 BEAUTIFUL, LUSH & HEALTHY Palm plants. I was really anxious when I saw that the plants were traveling from FL, and I live in IL. I began to presume that I had made a mistake. OMG, was I WRONG. I could NOT have picked out better plants myself. I had read the other reviews about the dirt not being in the pot, so that was a concern too. There was approximately 1/4 a cup of dirt that had spilled out into the bottom of the box. So What! I was also really impressed as to how well the Palms were packaged. They each arrived in a tall box, wrapped in heavy brown paper to secure them and protect their leaves. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, that I thought they'd be puny (in size) for the price I paid. Boy was I wrong on that one too. I would say, from the floor to the top, they are about 3.5 feet. I should have ordered these online yearrrrrrrs ago! Home Depot definitely under promised and over delivered on this one.

The plant was in great shape. It's beautiful and was delivered on time.

It arrived without the white pot I had paid for and it took a few calls to reconcile this issue. This was sent as a gift so it was disappointing.

I bought my first one and loved it so I purchased 2 more have them in the same area as the first one take care of the the same the 2 newer one seems to have more and more dead leaves on them every and the first one is thriving all 3 r cat palms

Palm was supposed to come in gray planter and did not. It was just in a green basic pot. Lots of black tips on palm as well.

I received my order yesterday and it was completely COVERED with leaf spot, at least half the plant. I am making the attempt to save this plant as I am familiar with the process, however, leaf spot is very contagious so this one is being quarantined. If you're gonna make the purchase be sure to have neem oil available and keep your other plants away to prevent some sick botanical warfare to your other plant friends. This company should be ashamed sending diseased plants out like that.
