I guess it worked to remove any soap film but it turned the grout black in some places and I had to use fine sand paper to get it off. Not sure if maybe just a stong solution of baking soda and vinegar wouldn't have worked just as well.

Really great at whitening. Be careful with grout as it can destroy it. Do not leave for more than 5 minutes.

Great Product!!

I’ve used this for at least 20 years! The product is only designed to clean concrete/thin set/efflorescence scenarios from surfaces. Make sure the product you are putting it on won’t ETCH all the surrounding materials. First...Look it up. Follow the instructions! Use it full strength. Use it the way a professional would use it...don’t play with it and expect a miracle. Be prepared with all the right tools for that job. YouTube is a great tool to start with. You don’t need luck when you prepare correctly, and I guarantee it will work.

I got this to help clean up some bathroom floor tiles that still had some haze on them, And it works great! I will say that you absolutely MUST wear gloves when using this. It is a pretty strong acid and will mess with your skin. Also make sure to wear eye protection. A stiff plastic bristled brush works best, Then rinse with clear water and let dry.

Bought this product to take off the grout haze from slate. To my surprise it worked great. Smells like sulfur water but did the job.

This product easily melted excess mortar thin set along grout lines. Use carefully and with PPE.

Used it to clean my shower grout. Minimally effective.

Didn’t do a darn thing.

This product does a good job cleaning grout and white residue off brand new installed ceramic tile installation. IT does not bleach or damage the tile. I have some ceramic tile that is 20 years old that was really dirty. I used this to clean it. It did a good job cleaning the tiles, but I was not able to get my white grout color back, but the grout did look cleaner.
