AMAZING!
I had tiled my floor and grouted it for the first time ever, and i left a LOT of grout haze. Heavy in a lot of areas. I tried just using warm water and a sponge, and it did nothing. I put half of this cleaner and half water into a spray bottle and let it sit on about 8 tiles at a time for a couple minutes, wiped with a sponge, and it came off with such ease. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

    Magic in a bottle
I recently had tile installed in my home. I was told that it was cleaned after installation and it looked clean until I saw it at a certain angle in the sun. I tried cleaning it with my swifter wet jet, but it was still there. Looked it up and found out it was grout haze. Purchased this cleaner and it worked like magic. It does take a lot of time and elbow grease, but it’s worth it. The picture shows the area where I cleaned compared to the area that had not been cleaned yet. Big difference!

      amazing!!
This stuff works SO GOOD!! We just bought it and came home to use it and the results are immediate. We just laid dark gray tile and the grout haze was everywhere. We mopped several times with very little improvement. Used this product as directed (mostly) with a 1:1 product to water ratio. We used a rag mop to both wet the surface and clean off the product. That worked great! We did approximately 5’x5’ areas at a time with no issues. Initially I was worried about using the product and was extra careful but the more we did the more confident I became. I used a brush to lightly scrub each tile and didnt put much effort into that part. I mostly used my foot on top of the brush (so i didnt have to hurt my back) and moved the brush around on each tile before cleaning. Save yourself the extra time and buy this for grout haze. A bottle was only $10 and covered the entire downstairs (approximately 1200 sq ft). I have included before and after pictures as proof

I used this product full strength and even let it sit on the tile for several minutes. I scrubbed with a brush and a mesh sponge, but I could not tell that it did anything to remove the grout haze. The white vinegar I used before this product actually removed more haze.

if you have stubborn Cement Grout residue on the face of the tile. this is the product that will take care of it. I took the coarse scrubby, laid a thick layer of liquid mix (1 Remover : 1.5 Hot water), let it sit for 5 minutes and than wax on... wax off... it was gone!!! ( i had to put muscle into it though) I was doing 3 feet by 15 feet sections at a time. once done, i would squeegee the solution to the next set of tiles. covered over 250 sqft with it. i could have kept going but i ran out of Tile space.

Followed the directions and had excellent results. If you look at the attached image you can clearly see the contrast between the tile with and without the grout haze.

Cement Grout Haze Remover I saw a lot of reviews so I was wondering how good are Custom Building Product's claims. I have a section of my kitchen wall that has floor to ceiling 1” tiles. I installed two walls in one day and was so tired I missed cleaning about 8 feet of one wall. See photos. I have used a lot of things trying to get the dried grout and cement off. All the things I tried worked but each took a lot of work. So how did the Aqua Mix Cement Grout Haze Remover work? It was the easiest of all the methods I have used so far to remove the haze and extra cement and grout that was stuck to the tile. So instead of talking about how good it works let me show you. See the before and after photos. I used blue painters tape to mark off the area I was working on. I pre-soaked with water, I applied a solution of Aqua Mix, used a nylon scrub pad on heavy patches, rinsed with fresh water and let dry. It took the haze off with no effort and a little scrubbing on the heavy concentration of grout and it came off. Before I was having to use a grout cleaning tool to scrap the grout off. Per Custom Building Products: Aqua Mix Cement Grout Haze Remover is designed to remove cement grout haze, mortar residue and efflorescence. Effective for the removal of most-hard water stains and rust. Also removes cement grout and mortar residue from tile, concrete and masonry. Care and Maintenance division at 800.272.8786 option 3 DEFINITION efflorescence. (ěf'lə-rěs'əns) A whitish, powdery deposit on the surface of rocks or soil in dry regions. It is formed as mineral-rich water rises to the surface through capillary action and then evaporates.Efflorescence usually consists of gypsum, salt, or calcite. Easy-to-use organic acid treatment Dissolves efflorescence Covers approximately 100 to 300 sq. ft. per quart depending on dilution Product may etch, lighten or change the color of cementitious material, metallic glazes and some natural stones Use for cement grout, granite, slate, ceramic, porcelain, quarry tile and more No phosphates
