works great for starter i ended using a different timer as i needed to expand zone wise but works nice

I have installed a DIG drip system in the past with good success. What got my attention this time was the solar timer. Although I could purchase a solar timer separately for a new fruit tree garden, I found that this system packaged with the timer was quite convenient. So far, it has been quite reliable.

The product came without hole punch

Super easy to put together but it kinks like crazy!! I’m hoping it doesn’t affect the flow of water to my new grades!!!!

Nice set, all you need to get started for your garden, you should get a nice hose cutter to complete the set, comes with a hole punch, solar power works fine no problems so far, and easy to program, lines just push together with no leaks.

Excellent product for keeping my garden plants healthy during summer heat. Very easy to connect. However, the instructions could be better as to ordering of "head" components (e.g., backflow preventer, solar timer, pressure regulator, hose coupling). Took a while to figure out but Youtube videos helped a lot. There also should be more "elbow connectors" in the pack -- there are like 10 "T" connectors but only 3 elbows for right angles. I had to order a few more online (at extra cost). It would also be great of there were a wider variety of drip emitters included in terms of flow rates (there were only .5 Gal/hour supplied - could have used a few 1 & 2 gal /hr emitters for my larger, thirstier plants; although one can always "double up" the number of emitters used for any plant). Overall, great system.

Several items were missing in the kit. Once assembled, the head assembly parts leak. Now need to check if o-to gs etc are also missing. Kit is missing a swivel screen filter also. Overall, for that much money, they could make sure the parts were in there and working.

The drip system meets my need and I love the new controller!

Crazy pricing on this item, given that the Drip and Micro Sprinkler Kit by the same company is about 30% of the price and you get almost the same thing. Am I paying $100 for the timer alone? I regret buying this.

easy to setup, very easy to program, all i needed to setup was a wench and the hole punch that came with the kit. i have it setup for about two weeks now.

Difficulty running out of what needed, but Home Depot was best in getting the right parts in a timely fashion. We underestimated the material needed. But we like this system!
