I did not assemble it. A contractor did the installation. The product fulfilled my requirements.

I've been a contractor for 30 plus years I've been using the dreamline pans for maybe the last four years They are very good fiberglass pan

Bought it online through Lowe’s. Looked at other websites as well but Lowe’s was close to my home and had faster lead times. Center drain rectangle, white. Pretty basic. Using it for a custom dog bath that I am putting in my basement. Everything was great but the packaging made it difficult/impossible to confirm product specifications without tearing into the box. Please put a cut through panel or product information on the label, which is large and easy to read.

Very sturdy design and fairly easy to install. Happy we spent a bit more to get a base that was fibreglass reinforced. Had to call Dreamline for some advice and they were great to deal with. Would buy from them again!

Really nice. Much more like porcelain than I would expect. Very strong and elegant.

Unfortunately. This item was a manufacturer defective item. Im sure it was like 1 in million.that this happened.

What appeared to be a small blemish on the cardboard turned out to have been a poke (from a forklift?) that cracked the fibreglass of the shower base. After speaking with customer service and providing pictures Dreamliner agreed to ship a new base directly to our home. It arrived faster than the original order and was the high quality product we expected it to be from the start.

Looks great and fancy. Can't wait to install the DreamLine Encore shower door.

Very nice and arrived before the expected date

Requires a bed of mortar for installation but instructions do not clarify what type of mortar to use. Used Quikrete brick mortar which seems to be working well 3 weeks after installation.

Lightweight fiberglass makes install much easier.
