By listing Milwaukee compatibility I’m sure they meant the corded version. The m18 fuel version has a quick disconnect/adjusting shroud that that would prevent attaching this dustless shroud. If it wasn’t the cheapest Chinese plastic construction available maybe it would be worth making a useful Milwaukee feature inoperable… unfortunately its <$1 in production and $58 in packaging/landing/margins/marketing. It would have cracked pretty based off materials, at least they can resell it after the return

The item didn't ever grip correctly to our angle grinder. When we tried to adjust it, the track popped off and we were unable to adequately repair it despite having multiple people working on it. I don't recommend this product. I would look into an alternative.

This dust shroud was very effective and minimized the dust substantially! Glad I bought it!

Did not fit correctly on my grinder.

Height adjustment for different wheels was very helpful.

I used this on a Dewalt grinder and rigid shop vac. The connection is decent to the grinder but will come loose after a while and need to be retightened. When using a 4" cup wheel the suction worked really good. When I used a 5" cup wheel dust still goes everywhere. Product wore out and broke after couple hours. I probably should have just spent the extra couple bucks on the Dewalt brand. Overall I would not buy again but got the job done.

At first worked great, but then the straps stared to get worn so it wouldn’t stay in place

We bought this for our DeWalt DWE4120 grinder. The fit is awful and took a lot of adjusting to get it to sit decently. Even still, it was off and the collar melted as we used it. It came with spacers and they were needed for our diamond cup grinder fitting to be able to reach the surface while using. It took some practice and a steady hand to apply the right pressure to strip the paint from the basement floor without gouging the floor with his shroud in place. When attached to our shop vac, it did an exemplary job of keeping the dust down. So while the fit was awkward and not quite right, we were able to make it work.

We tried these out and both times the shroud has failed and then gets destroyed by the grinding disc. We're grinding concrete and coatings off of concrete. We were constantly stopping to adjust the shroud until it failed completely.

Really disappointed that this didn't last. It really works in almost completely keeping down dust. I was about half way done with my 10 x 5 area that needed to be ground down. The clamp broke. the clamp holds it on to the grinder. Unique in that it fits so many grinders I suspect. But no way to fix it so my $60 is gone. Do I spend another $60?? I have to. this job has to get done. The question is, do I get this one or another brand. Too bad. I really liked it.

I used it with a 4-1/2”grinder to grind/level a concrete floor. Almost no concrete dust when connected to a shop vacuum cleaned. Just remember to clean the vacuum filter as soon as you see dust coming from the grinder. I used it at least 30 minutes before I had to clean the filter. Great tool.

Had trouble keeping it secure to grinder

Item is pricey and failed to perform when I needed it for a project. I needed to complete floor work before installing kitchen cabinets, this item did not cut it. I ended up ordering an alternative item ( I prefer not to name brand ) which worked very well for me, I decided to add it to my grinder tool bag. I honestly want a refund from the manufacturer for this product, I have all the pieces, original packaging, receipt. Please reach out to me to make this right. ( Waiting optimistically )

Used with a 6hp shop-vac and a Hitachi 4 1/2" variable speed grinder for sanding the interior of a log cabin. I'm surprised that it really does catch almost all the dust. The removable section allows you to get in to corners, but it doesn't pick up quite as well. And when sanding beams where the shroud isn't in contact all the way around, it doesn't pick up nearly as much. $60 seems a bit steep, but it seems stout and well made so its worth it.

Disappointed with the product, it is very poorly designed and comes at a hefty cost. Lost my $$ on this purchase when I had an important project to complete in time. HERZO Dust Shroud for Angle Grinder 5-inch Grinding Shroud (125MM) saved my project

1) I was concerned about the very long brush skirt when I bought the unit. Sure enough, when I got home most of my diamond cup wheels would not reach the specified offset to the end of the bristles. 2) They give you spacers to reportedly "solve" this problem, but there is a limit to how many you can use, because you run out of grinder shaft length. So you need an extra deep cup wheel, plus the spacers. 3) The spacers are cheap plastic rings, which melt between the hot cup wheel and the hot gearbox of the grinder. I had to use a hammer and punch to remove the cup wheel after use...not good for the grinder. 4) the wimpy radiator hose clamp that mounts unit to the grinder bottomed out before it was really tight to my new Milwaukee. 5) Slots in the housing are "supposed" to give you a universal unit that fits all grinders, but they also permit the housing to move off center in use...and chew up the center hole in the housing...and chew up the brush skirt on one side, making the unit useless in less than 10 minutes. 6) the unit has a removable skirt section for edging, but this leaves a 1/4" gap in the bristles at each end of the section, when it is in place...it is really amazing to see all the dust spew out of these two gaps.
