Poorly machined and not all 3 sides are the same.
Replacing a few pieces of copper around my water heater and the fittings I got form the supply house were NIBCO and would not fit, picked these up and looks like these are NIBCPO as well and each opening is poorly machined. Can dry fit the pipe in one side and not the other. I thought maybe it was the pipe at first, but out of 5 fittings some not could be dry fit and other some of the connections could, but none could be dry fit on all 3 connections.
