I was very disappointed when I got up this morning to a spraying leak. Somehow, overnight, there must have been a frost (not the first time though) and the zinc swivel split (see image). Bought it in March and HD claims warranty expired after 90 days!

Works as designed, installed in water filter housing to filter spa water .

Just over a year old and the hose fitting disintegrated on me. I did not overtighten the fitting since I was tightening my hand. Just a piece of junk not worth the money.

I wanted to make a permanent conversion to FGH so I attempt to solder the hex end to the pipe and right when I got it hot enough, the swivel end melted!!! I am guessing it's made out of a aluminum alloy but definitely not brass. Avoid if you had a similar idea to sweat the adapter.

I used this coupler to create a method to open and shut my hose from the END of the hose instead of the outside. This allowed me to control the water flow where I was working. See picture. The coupler connects the hose to a ball valve. At the end, I connected a bladder to blast my ac drip line clean and any sink drains as well. Worked like a charm!

Good quality. Only had to replace the old one due to a tree limb falling up against the house breaking it.

Well made of quality materials at a fair price. I'm using this fitting to feed an underground water line to a remote hose bib in the yard. I am feeding it from a hose bib at the house and I need to remove the jumper hose for winter. Just what I needed for this project.

Beware, you cannot use this to connect two garden hoses. One side won’t fit.

Works well. No leak. Much better than the pvc variety and worth the extra expense.

The fitting is the correct size and the quality is good.

Replaced the plastic coupling with this metal one, which is far superior and will last for much longer for just a little more money.
