Seems well constructed & great price too !

This assembly had all of the necessary components to change out the flush valve. You do have to remove the tank from the toilet bowl to replace and those parts were provided.

Had to return it. The thread was too large for my toilet. The smaller one was too small so it was returned also. Bought a different brand on the Internet which worked for me.

No problems. Easy install

Wrong size and bolts missing

Installed easily. Works well so far.

Replaved everything and its still leaking. Replaced the new parts with differnt mfgs ans still having problems. Called for a plumber to come check it out

The gasket and the flapper valve are undersized for the hole in the porcelain tank. They work but must be positioned carefully.

It was pretty easy to install plus it was a perfect fit to my Toto toilet!

Product was great at resolving the issue and product was easy to replace. Instructions are easy to follow and well detailed.
