After buying 3 boxs for $501 and having 12 missing brackes. Home depot was not able to get 12 x 12 inch brackets from Everbilt. I had to spend addition $91 to complete the installation

Used it on a 36 inch closet! Works good. Easy install. :)

Quality of shevling system was fine, but absolutely no hardware included in package.

I’m remodeling a second home. Decided to add these to some of the closets which are 4.6’ wide. Turns out these awesome engineers decided instead of making the large hanging racks adjustable for a 4ft closet, instead you have to hacksaw them in half! I literally thought I was reading it wrong. I assume they are fine for a wider closet. If I didn’t bring all these with me I would return, but it’s not worth the hassle. Don’t buy for 4ft closets.

The product is good overall. I like the quality of Everbilt (at least the quality of the hardware parts). I'm not rating this kit as excellent however because it should be improved with some plugs to fix shelves to brackets: otherwise the shelves are not fixed and are quite unstable without load.
