I love this refrigerator, good quality and great price

I do love my New GE. A few minor things that could be improved. One thing I noticed immediately is that the right fridge door sits lower than the left freezer door so it must have been damaged during installation or just needs to be adjusted but I'm afraid to screw with the door in case it might ruin the seal. Second, when I tried to adjust/move the shelves, the fridge side door doesn't open wide enough to get the shelf out. I had to compress the rubber seal as much as possible to be able to wiggle the shelf out. Third, there's no access to the ice bin without taking the whole thing out. My freezer side is against a wall so I would have to pull the entire fridge out across my very tight kitchen to get access to the ice cube compartment. And finally, I have a few cooking dishes on top of my fridge and there's a significant lip at the top of the doors. I'm short, 5'3 and this might be insignificant to most, but I can't reach up and over that lip enough to grab what's on top. Short peoe problems, I know, but it's just something I appreciated about my last fridge, that the top of the doors were mostly level with the box. Overall I really love how large the inside is while maintaining a smaller profile. I love that it has 3 large drawers, including a Deli bin and that the bins on the doors are actually large enough to store things in. I had some very particular requirements when selecting a fridge and this one met them all.

It's a very spacious and bright LED light inside fridge. What I love is the water / ice Despenser. Bright LED lights up what your filling up. There's also a LCD interface on the front showing the temp.

Doors are not even. One is a half inch higher than the other!

Doors don’t close and freezer continues to frost over. Have owned this less than a month had repair man fix but not even 2 weeks later same issues

We got about refrigerator three days ago and are very happy. It is spacious and it is working perfectly so far

Overall we really like this refrigerator. The interior space is very good and specifically we like the depth of the shelves on the door. It also looks great and it's a nice showpiece in the kitchen. We have had issues with the freezer staying sealed though and the doors, which have been adjusted, are uneven. Overall we do recommend it and in fact my sister-in-law got the exact same model.

Great side by side refrigerator. Has all conveniences such as cubed or crushed ice and water dispenser. The water flow is just right where the water is not splashing as it fills. We were surprised at how much room the fridge has. A great deal for me.

I had an older version of this GE side-by-side from 20 years ago. This stainless steel update has all the features I loved plus nice new features like the water filter, temp touch control, and vegetable bin humidity control.

This product is very good for my family. We purchased a Kenmore in 2020 and before the Kenmore we purchased a Samsung. Both products did not do well shorty after the installation. I should have known better because as a child coming up my parents would always purchased a GE Appliances and they are still working after 40 years. I am back with the GE Appliances from the point forward. Thank you for making a product that can be trusted to work for our needs.

I give it a 10/10 it’s awesome man!Got it shortly after a very bad break up.She took everything but the dog & even he wanted to leave but other than that,I love it!

This is a really great refrigerator. I love the space that is provided as well as the other lights. Makes seeing in the bank of the fridge a lot easier.

I've only had it about 24 hours but I'm loving it so far. Nice features, love the control panel and how it can tell you the actual temp of the freezer and refrigerator, a feature I wish my previous fridge had so I'd have know sooner it wasn't cooling correctly. The lighting inside us great as well, it makes it really easy to see everything.

I replaced my old GE French door refrigerator with this one …. Although I downgraded ….. the cost savings compared to current French door models, service provided by supplier, also the “2 year warranty” thru Costco and lastly …. The superb GE product that I love made this purchase a no brainer. Just installed today so I cannot speak about how this product will perform over time , but, if it is anything near , what my old GE appliance was….. it’ll be well worth it to me ….. anyways , so far so good ….🤙🤙🤙🤙🌺😎

Great refrigerator. Roomy, well lit, organized effectively.

Our new fridge cooled down quickly - even though it was delivered on a hot day. The ice/water dispenser is easy to use and to check temperatures. We like the options of the movable shelving and door storage to suit the way our groceries are organized.

So far, great fridge overall! Can't find anything to complain about other than a little loud when dispensing ice... solid performer temperature wise and nice looking! Very happy with it! Hope the long term dependability holds up. My last several fridges have not.. but this is my first GE and I have heard good things, I sure hope that they are right!

Probably should have gave 1 star, but, I’ll give 2 since I’ve not had trouble with the unit actually going down yet. I’m so unhappy with this refrigerator. Maybe 1 year after we got it all the door shelves plastic were completely broken off and gone. I wish I could include pictures. The inside drawers have had the little plastic parts that control the humidity fall off. The outer door had a magnet on it and it scratched really bad. Several dents in the doors. I wouldn’t recommend this unit nor would I buy again. But, like I said I haven’t had any problems with it quitting on me. Always keeps things at a great temperature. Mostly cosmetic things are what is wrong with this fridge.

Loving my new GE refrigerator! I wanted a GE again because I liked my old one. This fridge is sleek, with black sides and a stainless steel front, and larger. I would prefer one less drawer and one more shelf in the fridge. I appreciate the tight seal on the doors and the alert when the door is open too long. I’m very happy with this appliance and the delivery and installation were great.

Overall satisfied with the fridge. Holds enough food for a family of 4. However, the icemaker malfunctioned in the first 2 months and had to be replaced

Just installed and so happy. I hope the quality will be even better after using for several years. The proof will be AFTER years of use.

It is a beautiful unit - well-designed and completely quiet.

Loving my first GE appliance and side by side fridge. Running great, plenty of room for my family, and keeping everything cool and frozen. My only gripe is the fridge door being offset about a quarter of an inch lower than the freezer side. I have looked up the adjustment screw to align the doors, but it goes back to being offset in about a day. Other than that loving everything about this fridge.

Due to its poorly designed interior, this refrigerator has far less capacity than its predecessors. For example, the produce bin is one-third smaller than the bin in the older model and shelf holders on either side of the interior reduce the interior width by an inch. In addition, the door shelves are not as deep. The storage shelves of the freezer are even worse and they are open at the bottom allowing small items to fall through. Poor trade-off for the low profile appearance.

Just had it installed. Time will tell how it stands up but anything has to be better than our LG we replaced it with. Love the space and it’s running very quietly.

Pretty swanky fridge! It’s nice! Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer and we’re a family of 6! Only thing is the measurements were off about 1/2 inch so we had to trim the underside of our cabinets to make it fit!
