A:  Yes, the ice maker automatically turns off when it is full if the feeler arm is in the correct position. A:  On the dispenser, you can select either Water, Cubed Ice, or Crushed Ice by pressing the individual pad. Once Water is selected, press the glass gently against the top of the dispenser cradle. If no water is dispensed when the refrigerator is first installed, there may be air in the water line system. Press the dispenser arm for at least two minutes to remove trapped air from the water line and to fill the water system. To flush out impurities in the water line, throw away the first six glassfuls of water. A:  The interior dimensions of the fresh food section measures 18.21"W x 26"D and the interior dimensions of the freezer section are - 12.75"W x 25.2"D. Shelf dimensions are usually 1/2" - 3/4" smaller than the interior. We have not made any changes to the function of the water dispenser.

A:  This refrigerator is not garage ready, as we do not currently offer side-by-side refrigerators that are garage ready. We do have top freezer models, such as GTS19KYNRFS and GTS22KYNRFS that are garage ready and would make wonderful additions to your home!

A:  Yes, the refrigerator door should stay open and not close automatically. However, if the doors are open halfway, they should close easily.
