We have been married for 63 years…this is the first time all of our appliances in kitchen and laundry all match. We chose GE Profile after doing some research on the GE app and online. Good quality, made in USA and mid range price. The dryer like its washer mate takes some forethought as to type of load and time, heat and dry level. We had several loads after being without for 10+ days…it dried everything well. I did try to dry flannel sheets on a quick dry to see what would happen…dryer is smarter than its owner…had to add 10 minutes. The settings are pretty simple to operate, dial to what you are drying, touch pad for temp, damp etc. The pair are very fancy in Diamond Black….hope to have them for many years. very good sales rep too, friendly, knowledable, helpful as to price and value.

I love the quickness of this new dryer. I have 2 large dogs that shed like crazy. It seems to be hard for the lint filter to catch all the hair. Sometimes the clothes aren't free of lint or hair. And yes, I clean the filter every time. Any suggestions?

The clip for the door lock mechanism was faulty and the day I received it I had to swap it out for the spare one on the opposite side. I shouldn't have to fix the door the day I received it!!

It is beautiful. It is quiet compared to my old unit.

This dryer has been by far, the best dryer we’ve purchased. The settings are easy to manage. Dries clothes perfectly. So far, I love how clothes come out once they are dry.

I am very happy with the overall performance of this dryer. It has a large capacity, an easily accessible lint filter and an interior light. I am disappointed that the wifi doesn't work, there is no end of cycle signal and the wrinkle care option runs continuously until the door is opened. The delivery and set up was 5 star perfect.

It works as expected, is fairly quiet and does a nice job.

love the dryer, but the lint filter kind of sucks - hard to get all the lint out without vacuuming it out every time

We have had this dryer for 5 months now we converted it to gas and it dries very well, it is efficient and very large. Easily can dry a king sized duvet or full sheet set. Like all dryers you just have to watch for it balling up large sheets like that.

it fries very well. There are so many options. It's easy to clean out the filter.

WE JUST INSTALLED IT, BUT SO FAR ITS DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD. DRYING CLOTHES AS EXPECTED.

The washer was delivered with the incorrect door. It swings the wrong way. Please have a customer service rep call me back to address.

I have always liked GE products. So far I like my new dryer but would have preferred they make a model for us older folks that doest have so many or any electronic settings. I'll get it eventually but confusing.

It is not working after 3 times use Mfg defect .

Love it! Unfortunately the delivery people weren’t able to install it because they didn’t have the needed parts. We had to have it installed by a plumber for $371.

This dryer broke after 5 days. Home Depot wouldn’t do anything about it per policy. GE came out to repair it after 10 days and they were unsuccessful. The machine is a lemon. I will be pursuing legal action against both companies. Save yourself a headache and do not buy any appliances from Home Depot. Thieves!!!

Love this dryer! Profile looks more compact but don't be deceived, the extra large drum capacity is amazing. It dries clothes quickly and sheets don't get balled up like they did in our old washer!

After 1 week the dryer started making a horrendous screeching sound after the cycle ran 20 minutes. It was so loud that grandson heard it in the basement! Shut dryer off, waited half hour, turned back on, same thing.

I love how easy it is to use the gas dryer. Machine is simple to operate and does not have a lot of extra buttons, its plain and simple. I love the door with the glass window.

I love my new GE dryer. I bought it to replace my not so old Samsung dryer that had been repaired twice and never worked properly. It dries clothes perfectly and love the quality of the tub itself.

It took a little practice to understand all the options but my wife and I are very pleased with our new dryer.

My first dryer ever, love it! It’s quiet and drys up the clothes fast. I appreciate all the options of drying!

Our new dryer is great, can fit a nice load and clothes come out nice. Have not tried all the settings but what we have used is sufficient for our needs.
