The shower head has good looks and performs well. The price was also easy on the wallet. It was very easy to install. I would recommend it and buy it again if I had a need for it.

I like the product. However, the length of pipe that it attaches to isn't long enough for my tastes.

Ready to install, broad range of water

The edge of the shower head split and sprayed water all over my bathroom. Seemed like it must have been a weld defect that cracked and propagated from flexing when turning on and off. Called customer service and they said it was normal wear and tear even though the head was only on for 8 or 9 months. Pretty disappointing but I'll just stay away from glacier bay products in the future.

too small. client wanted a 10 or 12 inch shower head. they didn't want to order it online either!

This shower head was easy to install and looks very sophisticated compared to round Kohler head. It has a large spray pattern with nice force. In order to maximize the flow, I removed the restricter and it is perfect. My wife is very happy.

Bought 2 of these, work great !!!!

The spray is a little more “fine” than we had anticipated, but good overall. We’ve had it less than a week. I do wish that the arm that we purchased to mount it on had been longer. We are taking a shower in the front third of our tub—would like it to hit us while standing in the middle.

It was a ridiculous amount of money for this I wanted a small one and black but this was the only one and had to install something I didn’t like it
