The item is fine, however my water pressure is not sufficient for it to perform well. I have a rural water supply.

I love this shower head but it is a replacement of the exact model that separated and started pouring water out through the sides. I believe it could have been caused by calcium buildup.

I typically don't write a review right out of the box since I usually like to wait and see how a product holds up but I had to make an exception for this. The shower head this replaced had completely broken so I had already removed it while waiting for this to arrive. I got it home, opened the box & saw that some tape was provided but the old tape seemed to be ok so I left it on. Took about a minute to screw it on, turned on the shower and no leaks. Fastest installation ever. No tools needed.
