Fan motor make loud noise so bought 2nd one and had same noise issue again, cost me time & hassle. Customer service (ph: 855-434-2678) is below average for inconvenience

Great fixture for the price
These are great fuxtures. I have 3 in the house and love the 4 blade look. A touch of modern but not overwhelming. **** Note, the instruction is to assemble hanging up, but it was much easier to assmble it on the ground then just hang it up. Just put the wires from the ceiling to the side.

Looks are not everything
I purchased this fan based on its look. I waisted 2 hours of my precious time installing it and another hour to take it down. If you want to torture somebody, buy them this fan. The humming noise is unbearable, I can even hear it in the next room. I can’t believe it’s 2022 and they still can’t make a decent fan.

In general, most noise issues can be attributed to loose parts or a loose outlet box that could present as a humming noise due to the vibration at the ceiling. Please call Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON (1-855-434-2678) and one of the team members will be able to get more information to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Most issues can be resolved over the phone with some minor troubleshooting.

Very loud!
We returned and bought Hunter fans with Whisper technology. Way better. A little more money but worth it. These were pretty but motor was very loud.

In general, if there are any issues with the fan, we suggest calling Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON (1-855-434-2678) before uninstalling and returning the item. In most cases, issues can be resolved over the phone with some minor troubleshooting.

After installation the motor started to do a very low...
After installation the motor started to do a very low humming noise coming from the motor when the blades are turned on. The product is nice but I’m not sure if we will keep if we get annoyed with the humming noise.
