The button and its trim couldn’t be secured to the mounted frame. The button stayed depressed inside the hole with the wires.

Looks good and works well.

Too small so I returned it.

Had to return. Needed surface mount.

We recently bought a house with one of these doorbell buttons installed. The button stuck, which kept current going to the electromagnet. The bell mechanism overheated, which melted the end of the "ding-dong" rod, which fell apart. Then it just buzzed. We had to buy a whole new bell assembly and button. It could have started a fire while we were gone, which was ALOT (empty house).

Good quality bronze finish door bell push button. Light in button illuminates nearby key hole which is nice too.

Easy to install took less then five minutes works and looks great

Flimsy and cheap. Button does not stay in the frame, which makes it look sloppy. It works though. After one press, the chime broke, so I get to fix that now too.
